Claims (9)
- 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력과 온도를 검출하기 위한 장치로서, 온도 센서(50) 및, 가능한 응력을 받지 않게 평가 회로와 함께 하나의 기판(20)에 고정된 압력 센서(30)가 공통의 하우징(10) 내에 배치된 검출 장치에 있어서,가압된 매체를 도입하기 위해, 하우징(10)에 고정된 넥 부품(40)이 제공되고, 기계적 응력을 디커플링하는 밀봉 접착부(61)에 의해 기판(20)과 넥 부품(40)에 연결된 어댑터(60)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치,
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(20)은 상기 하우징(10)내에 예정된 지지점(12, 13)에서만 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서(30) 주위에는 링(33)이 배치되며, 상기 링(33)과 상기 압력 센서(30) 사이의 공간(34)은 내 화학 약품성 겔로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 내 화학 약픔성 겔이 플루오르 실리콘 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서(50)는 넥 부품(40) 내부로 돌출되도록 상기 넥 부품에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도검출 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서(50)의 연결 라인(52)은 넥 부품(40)에 형성된 탄성 클립(45)에 의해, 넥 부품(40)에 형성된 2 개의 조오(41)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서(50) 및 그 연결 라인(52)들긴 보호 래커 또는 보호 코팅으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 래커는 폴리에스테르아미드 래커인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서(50)의 연결 라인(52)을, 하우징(10) 내에 배치되고 외부로 안내되는 플러그 콘택트 핀(17)과 접촉시키기 위해 절연 강화 접촉부(55)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡입관 내의 압력 및 온도 검출 장치.
