Claims (8)
- 혐기적 조건하에서 유입 폐수와 탈질화된 슬러지의 혼합액을 형성시키는 단계;혼합액을 질화된 슬러지와 조합시켜서 상청액 부분과 농축 고형물 부분으로 분리될 수 있는 블렌드를 형성시키는 단계;블렌드를 탈질화시키기에 충분한 기간 동안 무산소 조건하에서 블렌드를 혼합시키는 단계;블렌드를 상청액 부분과 농축 슬러지 부분으로 분리하는 단계; 및농축 슬러지 부분을 혼합액과 조합시킴으로써 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하여, 유기물을 함유하는 폐수를 탈질화시키는 방법.
- 혐기적 조건하에서 유입 폐수와 탈질화된 슬러지의 혼합액을 형성시키는 단계;혼합액을 질화된 슬러지와 조합시켜서 상청액 부분과 농축 고형물 부분으로 분리될 수 있는 블렌드를 형성시키는 단계;블렌드를 탈질화시키기에 충분한 기간 동안 무산소 조건하에서 블렌드를 혼합시키는 단계;블렌드를 상청액 부분과 농축 슬러지 부분으로 분리하는 단계;농축 슬러지 부분을 침전에 의해 치밀화시켜서 추가 탈질화를 달성하는 단계; 및농축 슬러지 부분을 혼합액과 조합시킴으로써 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하여, 유기물을 함유하는 폐수를 탈질화시키는 방법.

- 유입 폐수와 탈질화된 재순환 슬러지의 혼합액을 형성시켜서 Bio-P 미생물에 의한 포스페이트 방출 및 휘발성 지방산의 흡수를 달성하는 단계;혼합액을 질화된 슬러지와 조합시켜서 블렌드를 형성시키는 단계;블렌드를 탈질화시키기에 충분한 기간 동안 무산소 조건하에서 블렌드를 혼합시키는 단계;블렌드를 상청액 부분과 재순환 슬러지 부분으로 분리하는 단계;휘발성 지방산의 이용 및 인의 과잉 흡수를 위해 호기적 조건하에서 상청액과 질화된 블렌드를 혼합시키는 단계;정화된 물을 슬러지 블랭킷을 통해 여과시키는 단계; 및정화된 물을 배출시키는 단계를 포함하여, 부분적으로 재순환된 폐수로부터 생물학적인 영양물을 제거하여 정화된 물을 수득하는 방법.
- 혐기적 조건하에서 유입 폐수와 탈질화된 슬러지의 혼합액을 형성시키는 단계;혼합액을 질화된 슬러지와 조합시켜서 상청액 부분과 농축 고형물 부분으로 분리될 수 있는 블렌드를 형성시키는 단계;블렌드를 탈질화시키기에 충분한 기간 동안 무산소 조건하에서 블렌드를 혼합시키는 단계;잔류 암모니아를 추가로 질화시키기에 충분한 기간 동안 폭기시키는 단계;무산소 조건하에서 블렌드를 2회째 혼합시켜 블렌드를 추가로 탈질화시키는 단계;블렌드를 상청액 부분과 농축 슬러지 부분으로 분리하는 단계;농축 슬러지 부분을 침전에 의해 치밀화시켜서 추가 탈질화를 달성하는 단계; 및농축 슬러지 부분을 조합된 혼합액 및 탈질화된 슬러지와 조합시킴으로써 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하여, 다량의 질소를 함유하는 폐수를 탈질화시키는 방법.
- 이중 사이클에서 분리기 블렌딩 용기로의 연속적인 유입 흐름 및 교호적인 연속 용기로부터의 연속적인 유출 흐름에 의해, 유입물로부터 폐수 유기물 및 무기 영양물을 제거하고 고형물을 감소시키기 위한 변형된 연속 회분식 반응 방법으로서,연속적인 유입 폐수가 혐기적 조건하에서 농축 슬러지와 혼합되어 혼합액을 형성하고, 혼합액이 고형 슬러지 성분 및 액체 성분을 함유하는 질화된 부유물과 혼합되어 블렌드가 형성되는 제 1 연속 용기로 부분적으로 통과되고, 연속적인 혼합 및 폭기의 조건하에서 폭기 용기로 통과되며, 블렌드가 액체 성분이 상청액으로서 폭기 용기로 통과되며, 고형 슬러지 성분이 내부 분리기의 바닥부에 침전되어 농축 슬러지로서 유입 폐수와 혼합되어 혼합액이 형성되는 내부 분리기로 부분적으로 통과되는 제 1 단계,제 1 단계에서 형성된 상청액과 폭기된 혼합액으로부터 형성된 질화된 용액이 고형 성분 및 액체 성분을 갖는 질화된 부유물과 혼합되어 블렌드가 형성되는 제 1 연속 용기로 통과되고, 블렌드가 액체 성분이 상청액으로서 폭기 용기로 통과되며, 고형 성분이 분리기의 바닥부에 침전되어 농축 슬러지로서 유입 폐수와 혼합되어 폭기 용기로 부분적으로 통과되는 혼합액이 형성되는 내부 분리기로 부분적으로 통과되는 제 2 단계,제 1 연속 용기내에 함유된 용액이 폭기되고 혼합되는 동안 부유물이 폭기 용기로부터 연속 용기로 통과하는 제 3 단계,폭기가 연속 용기내에서 회분식으로 지속되는 제 4 단계, 및폭기가 제 1 연속 용기내에서 중단되고 무산소 정지 조건이 성립되어 부유물이 정지 침강되는 제 5 단계를 포함하는 제 1 사이클; 및상기 5개 단계와 동일한 5개 단계를 포함하고, 연속 용기가 제 2 연속 용기이며 유출물이 제 1 연속 용기로부터 연속적으로 배출되는 제 2 사이클을 포함하는 방법.
- 농축 활성 슬러지를 유입 폐수와 조합시켜서 혼합액을 형성하기 위한 폐수 처리 장치로서,활성 슬러지를 포함하는 혼합액을 함유하기 위한 분리기 챔버로서, 하나 이상의 하향으로 경사진 벽을 포함하고, 침전된 농축 활성 슬러지를 함유하기 위한 하부 챔버 부분을 갖는 분리기 챔버,분리기 챔버의 하부 챔버 부분과 연통하여 침전된 농축 활성 슬러지를 하부 챔버 부분으로부터 수용하기 위한 바닥부를 갖는 혼합 챔버, 및내용물을 교반하기에 충분한 높이에서 혼합 챔버내에 배치된 혼합기를 포함하여, 분리기 챔버내에서 분리되어 통로와 근접한 이들의 바닥부에 침전되는 농축 활성 슬러지가 혼합 챔버내로 유도되고 유입 폐수와 혼합되는 폐수 처리 장치.
- 폐수로부터 영양물 및 BOD를 제거하기 위한 생물학적인 처리 장치로서,폐수 유입구, 및 하나 이상의 하향으로 경사진 벽을 포함하고 침전 슬러지를 수거하기 위한 하부 챔버 부분을 갖는 분리기 챔버를 가지며, 분리기가 분리기 챔버의 하부 챔버 부분과 연통하는 바닥부를 포함하는 혼합 챔버를 추가로 갖는 분리기 블렌딩 용기;분리기 블렌딩 용기와 각각의 연속 용기 사이에 밸브가 장착된 연결 수단을 가지며, 용기내에 함유된 용액을 교반시킬 수 있는 연속 용기내에 배치된 혼합기를 갖는 2개 이상의 연속 용기;각각의 연속 용기와 연통하는 용기의 바닥에 밸브가 장착된 연결 수단을 갖는 폭기 용기를 포함하고;상기 각각의 연속 용기가 정화된 유출 폐수의 연속적인 배출을 위한 배출구를 갖는 생물학적인 처리 장치.
