Claims (5)
- 도전성을 띤 금속을 용융시키는 히터를 구비하고, 용융로의 내부를 관통하여 용융물이 사출되는 노즐의 내경에 위치되는 액츄에이터와, 상기 액츄에이터를 상하로 미세하게 진동시키는 바이브레이터로 구성되어 상기 액츄에이터의 상하 진폭운동에 의해 용융된 메탈이 도트형식으로 노즐에서 기판쪽으로 사출되도록 구성된 용융 메탈 젯 유니트에 있어서,상기 노즐과 액츄에이터간의 간극을 조절하기 위한 간극 미세 조절수단이 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간극조절이 가능한 노즐조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간극 미세 조절수단은 상기 액츄에이터의 단부에 보조 연장 액츄에이터를 더 설치하되 노브에 보조 연장 액츄에이터를 나사결합하여 노브의 회전시 보조 연장 액츄에이터와 노즐의 내경간의 간극을 조절하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 간극조절이 가능한 노즐조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조 연장 액츄에이터의 원주면에 플렌저가 형성된 것을 특징으로 간극조절이 가능한 노즐조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플렌저의 표면에 원주방향으로 일정간격으로 용융메탈이 통과되는 통공이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 간극조절이 가능한 노즐조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 내면에는 상기 노즐의 오리피스를 중심으로 경사진 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 액츄에이터의 단부는 상기 경사면과 동일한 각도로 경사지게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간극조절이 가능한 노즐조립체.
