Claims (2)
- 스틸(steel)과 알루미늄(aluminum)의 캔류, 유리, 플라스틱, 페트(pet) 및 종이로 구분되는 재활용품을 근접센서A, 근접센서B1 및 B2, 광센서, 및 플라스틱 센서를 포함하는 선별 장치에서 이 재활용품의 물질 특성에 따라서 일괄적으로 선별하는 방법에 관한 것으로,(a)상기 근접센서A에서 검출된 재활용품의 유전율(dielectric constant)에 따라 변화하는 유도전류에 근거해서 상기 재활용품을 페트, 플라스틱 및 종이의 제1군과, 캔류 및 유리의 제2군으로 분리하는 단계;(b)상기 광센서에서 검출된 재활용품의 광투과율에 따라 변화하는 유도전류에 근거해서 재활용품을 페트의 제3군과, 플라스틱의 제4군과, 캔류 및 종이의 제5군으로 분리하는 단계;,(c)상기 근접센서B1 및 B2의 온-오프 동작에 근거해서 상기 B1에서 온의 제6군과 오프의 제7군, 상기 B2에서 온의 제8군과 오프의 제9군으로 상기 재활용품을 분리하는 단계;(d)상기 플라스틱 센서의 오-오프 동작에 근거해서 오프의 제10군 및 온의 제11군으로 재활용품을 분리하는 단계; 그리고,(e)상기한 분리 단계들((a)∼(d))을 통해서 획득한 상기 재활용품의 군 조합에 따라서 이 재활용품을 식별하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재활용품의 식별 방법.
- 스틸(steel)과 알루미늄(aluminum)의 캔류, 유리, 플라스틱, 페트(pet) 및 종이로 구분되는 재활용품을 선별하는 장치에 관한 것으로,상기 재활용품의 유전율에 따라서 고유하게 나타나는 유도전류를 측정해서 아날로그 신호로 발생하는 근접센서A;상기 재활용품의 광투과율에 따라서 고유하게 나타나는 유도전류를 측정해서 아날로그 신호로 발생하는 광센서;상기 재활용품의 자성에 의해서 온-오프의 디지털 시그널을 발생해서 상기 캔류를 식별하기 위한 근접센서 B1 및 B2;상기 재활용품의 광에 대한 편광 정도에 따라서 변화하는 광의 세기에 의해서 온-오프의 디지털 시그널을 발생해서 상기 플라스틱과 페트를 식별하기 위한 플라스틱 센서;상기 센서들로부터 입력된 시그널을 소정의 크기로 증폭하고 아날로그 시그널을 디지털 시그널로 변환해서 마이컴에 입력하는 변환기;탑재된 프로그램의 알고리즘에 따라서 재활용품이 속하는 군을 결정하고, 이 군의 조합에 의해서 상기 재활용품의 종류를 판단하는 마이컴;을 포함해서 구성되는 선별 장치.
