Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 기재필름(base film);상기 기재필름 상에 위치한 광-열 변환층(LTHC);상기 광-열 변환층 상에 위치한 전사층(transfer layer); 및상기 광-열 변환층과 상기 전사층 사이에 개재되고, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 25℃ 이하인 물질을 갖는 완충막을 포함하는 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리전이온도가 25℃ 이하인 물질은 실리콘 고분자(silicone polymer)인 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 완충막은 액상 실리콘 고분자를 상기 광-열 변환층 상에 형성하고; 자외선경화, 25℃경화, 저온경화, 촉매경화로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나를 사용하여 경화함으로써 형성하는 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 완충막은 20um이하의 두께를 갖는 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 완충막은 5um이하의 두께를 갖는 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전사층은전계발광성 유기막, 정공주입성 유기막, 정공전달성 유기막, 전자전달성 유기막, 전자주입성 유기막으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 단층막 또는 하나 이상의 다층막으로 이루어진 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기막들은 각각 저분자 물질을 포함하는 유기막들인 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광-열 변환층과 상기 완충막 사이에 개재된 층간삽입층(interlayer)를 더욱 포함하는 평판표시소자용 도너필름.
- 화소전극이 형성된 억셉터 기판을 제공하고;상기 기판으로부터 이격된 위치에 기재필름, 상기 기재필름 상에 광-열 변환층, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 25℃ 이하인 물질을 갖는 완충막 및 유기막인 전사층을 차례로 적층하여 제조한 도너필름을 상기 전사층이 상기 기판을 향하도록 배치하고;상기 도너필름의 소정영역에 레이저를 조사하여 상기 전사층을 상기 화소전극 상으로 전사함으로써, 상기 화소전극 상에 유기막 패턴을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 유기전계발광소의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유리전이온도가 25℃ 이하인 물질은 실리콘 고분자(silicone polymer)인 유기전계발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유기막 패턴은 전계발광성 유기막, 정공주입성 유기막, 정공전달성 유기막, 전자전달성 유기막, 전자주입성 유기막으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종의 단층막 또는 2종 이상의 다층막인 유기전계발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유기막들은 각각 저분자 물질을 포함하는 유기막들인 유기전계발광소자 제조방법.
