Claims (11)
- (R-B) 구조의 공중합체를 변성시킴으로써 수득되는 하기 일반식:(R-B)n-X[식 중, R은 공액 디엔 중합체 또는 비닐방향족 탄화수소 결합양이 50 중량% 이하인 비닐방향족 탄화수소/공액(conjugated) 디엔 무작위(random) 공중합체를 나타내고;B는 비닐방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록을 갖는 비닐방향족 탄화수소/공액 디엔 공중합체 또는 비닐방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록을 나타내고,R/B 중량비는 30/70 내지 97/3 의 범위이고;n은 1 이상의 정수이고;X는 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물의 변성 잔기를 나타낸다]으로 표시되는 변성 공중합체를 함유하는 변성 고무로서,비닐방향족 탄화수소의 총 결합양 5 내지 60 중량%, 비닐방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 결합양 3 내지 40 중량% 및 공액 디엔 부분 중의 비닐 양 80 몰% 이하로 구성되며, GPC에 의해 측정되고, 변성제에 의해 커플링된 분자의 주 피크 분자량이 100,000 내지 1,500,000 인 변성 고무.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기 및 하나 이상의 질소 원자를 갖는 화합물의 변성 잔기인 변성 고무.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 글리시딜아미노 화합물의 변성 잔기인 변성 고무.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변성 전의 (R-B) 구조의 공중합체의 분자량이 30,000 내지 500,000, 비닐방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 분자량이 5,000 내지 50,000, 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물을 이용한 변성율이 20 중량% 이상인 변성 고무.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항의 변성 고무의 제조 방법:개시제로서 유기리튬 화합물을 사용하여 용액 중합 방법에 의해 비닐방향족 탄화수소 및 공액 디엔을 포함하는 (R-B) 구조의 블록 공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 공중합체의 반응성 말단과 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 공중합체를 변성시키는 단계.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물을 비변성 공중합체의 말단에 활성 리튬의 몰당 0.05 내지 2 몰의 양으로 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 변성 고무를 함유하는 100 중량부의 원고무 및 5 내지 150 중량부의 실리카를 함유하는 변성 고무 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 변성 전의 (R-B) 구조의 공중합체의 분자량이 30,000 내지 500,000, 비닐방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 분자량이 5,000 내지 50,000, 분자당 두 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물을 이용한 변성율이 20 중량% 이상인 변성 고무 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 원고무가 99 내지 20 중량%의 변성 고무 및 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무 및 폴리이소프렌 고무로부터 선택되는 1 내지 80 중량%의 하나 이상의 고무를 함유하는 변성 고무 조성물.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 변성 고무 조성물을 함유하는 방진 고무.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 변성 고무 조성물을 함유하는 신발 제품.
