Claims (6)
- 발색 또는 감광 능력이 있는 산화제에 고형화제를 첨가하고, 이를 다공성 흡착제와 일정비율로 혼합한 후 통상의 합성수지 필름, 직포, 부직포 또는 종이 중에서 선택되는 기재에 도포하여 건조한 다음, 미세기공이 형성된 합성수지 필름을 그 위에 부착 또는 합지하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화제는 크롬산암모늄, 크롬산칼륨, 크롬산나트륨 중에서 선택되는 크롬산염 또는 중크롬산암모늄, 중크롬산칼륨, 중크롬산나트륨 중에서 선택되는 중크롬산염에 황산, 질산, 염산 중에서 선택되는 강산을 혼합하여 이들의 혼합물을 사용하거나, 알코올류 또는 알데하이드류를 선택적으로 직접 산화 분해시킬 수 있는 천연물 유래의 알코올옥시다아제, 페록시다아제 등의 효소 용액에 2,6-디클로로인도페놀(DCIP), 4-니트로페놀, 테트라메틸티오닌클로라이드, o-카르복시벤젠아조디메틸아닐린, 디브로모-o-크레솔술폰프탈레인, 디브로모페놀술폰프탈레인 중에서 선택되는 산화-환원 염색시약을 첨가하여 만든 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고형화제는 규산염 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘 중에서 선택되는 규산염 용액이나 알지네이트, 펙틴, 카라기난, 전분, 전분 가수분해물, 키토산, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 에틸셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈, 카르복실 메틸셀룰로오즈 중에서 선택되는 탄수화물이나 다당류 또는 젤라틴, 글루텐, 옥수수 단백, 대두 단백, 유청 단백 중에서 선택되는 단백질 생고분자 및 이들의 혼합물 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡착제는 제올라이트, 규조토(셀라이트), 활성백토, 활성알루미나, 활성탄 중에서 선택되는 다공성 담체를 단독 또는 혼합으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화제, 고형화제, 흡착제 혼합물을 상기의 합성수지 필름, 직포, 부직포 또는 종이 중에서 선택되는 기재에 분무, 도포, 침지, 공압출 중에서 선택되는 방법으로 코팅하거나, 혹은 그라비어, 오프셋, 스크린, 플렉소 중에서 선택되는 인쇄방법을 활용하여 인쇄하고 건조한 다음, 미세기공이 형성된 합성수지 필름을 그 위에 부착 또는 합지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 얻어진 신선 식품의 선도 감지용 지시계.
