Description
Claims (12)
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 저온 및/또는 염 저항성 단백질.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 저온 및/또는 염 저항성 단백질을 코딩하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항의 유전자를 함유하는 재조합벡터.
- 제5항에 있어서, pET-SLTI66인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합벡터.
- 제5항의 재조합 벡터를 박테리아, 효모 및 곰팡이로 구성된 군에서 선택된 숙주세포에 도입하여 수득되는 형질전환된 미생물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 숙주세포는 대장균 또는 아그로박테리움인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환된 미생물.
- 제7항의 형질전환된 미생물을 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 저온 및/또는 염 저항성 단백질의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, (a) 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 저온 저항성 단백질을 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 이 DNA 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어(operatively linked) 그의 발현을 조절하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 발현 조절 서열(expression control sequence)을 포함하는 벡터에 삽입시키는 단계; (b) 이로부터 형성된 재조합 발현 벡터로 숙주를 형질전환시키는 단계; (c) 생성된 형질전환체를 상기 DNA 서열이 발현되도록 하기에 적절한 배지 및 조건하에서 배양하는 단계; 및 (d) 배양 물로부터 실질적으로 순수한 저온 저항성 단백질을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 저온 및/또는 염 저항성 단백질의 제조방법.
