Claims (9)
- 실리콘 겔층과 실리콘 엘라스토머층이 연속적으로 다른 상 구조를 갖도록 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 실리콘 겔층이 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물을 경화시켜 형성되는 층이며, 실리콘 엘라스토머층이 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물에 다시 실리콘 가교제를 첨가하여 구성되는 실리콘 엘라스토머 조성물을 경화시켜 형성되는 층인 실리콘 시트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 실리콘 겔층이 (i) 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 알케닐기를 평균하여 적어도 0.5개 갖는 폴리오르가노실록산, (ii) 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자를 적어도 2개 갖는 폴리오르가노히드로젠실록산(단, 상기 알케닐기와 상기 규소원자결합 수소원자의 합은 5 이상) 및 (iii) 부가반응촉매를 주성분으로 하여 구성되는 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물이며, (i)성분 중의 알케닐기 1개에 대하여 (ii)성분 중의 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자가 0.5∼0.98개가 되도록 배합한 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물을 경화시켜 형성되는 층인 실리콘 시트.
- 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서, 실리콘 가교제가 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자를 적어도 3개 갖는 폴리오르가노히드로젠실록산인 실리콘 시트.
- 청구항 1 기재의 실리콘 시트로 구성되는 외과용 붕대.
- 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물을 시트상으로 하고, 경화한 후 또는 경화 전에 그 위에 실리콘 가교제를 도포 또는 스프레이한 후 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 겔층과 실리콘 엘라스토머층이 연속적으로 다른 상 구조를 갖도록 일체로 형성되어 있는 실리콘 시트의 제조법.
- 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 엘라스토머 조성물을 박막상으로 전개하고, 경화시키지 않고 그 위에 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물을 주입하여 시트상으로 하고, 이를 동시에 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 겔층과 실리콘 엘라스토머층이 연속적으로 다른 상 구조를 갖도록 일체로 형성되어 있는 실리콘 시트의 제조법.
- 청구항 6 또는 7에 있어서, 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물이 (i) 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 저급알케닐기를 평균하여 적어도 0.5개 갖는 폴리오르가노실록산, (ii) 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자를 적어도 2개 갖는 폴리오르가노히드로젠실록산(단, 상기 알케닐기와 상기 규소원자결합 수소원자의 합은 5 이상) 및 (iii) 부가반응촉매를 주성분으로 하여 구성되는 부가반응 경화형 실리콘 겔 조성물이며, (i) 성분 중의 알케닐기 1개에 대하여 (ii)성분 중의 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자가 0.5∼0.98개가 되도록 배합한 조성물이며; 실리콘 가교제가 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자를 적어도 3개 갖는 폴리오르가노히드로젠실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 시트의 제조법.
- 청구항 4 기재의 실리콘 시트로 구성되는 외과용 붕대.
