Abstract
Description
경피적 내부 고정용 장치는 매튜의 미국특허 제5,569,248호에 공지되어 있다. 이 공지된 장치는 뼈 앵커와 같은 뼈 스크류를 구비한다. 뼈 스크류는 원위나사부와 동축상 근위 나사부를 구비한다. 원위 나사부는 뼈, 예컨대 페디클(pedicle) 내로 나사결합되는 반면에 근위 나사부는 그 상에 나사결합될 수 있는 너트에 의해 뼈 플레이트를 뼈 스크류에 체결시키도록 작용한다.
Claims (23)
- A) 뼈 접촉 표면과 패스너 연결부를 각각 갖는, 환자의 뼈에 정형외과적 시스템을 고정시키기 위한 적어도 2개의 뼈 앵커와,B) 장치 연결부와 앵커 연결부를 각각 갖고 각각의 뼈 앵커와 결합되는 패스너(18;20)를 포함하는 정형외과적 시스템에 있어서,C) 해당 뼈 앵커의 앵커 연결부와 패스너 연결부는 패스너(18;20)를 뼈 앵커에 해제 가능하게 기계적으로 결합시키고,C) 정형외과적 장치는 각 패스너(18;20)의 장치 연결부에 결합됨으로써,D) 뼈 앵커는 뼈 플레이트(14;16)이 되고,E) 정형외과적 수술이 완료된 후에 뼈 플레이트(14;16)의 패스너(18;20)와의 기계적 결합이 해제되어, 패스너(18;20)와 정형외과적 장치가 뼈 앵커를 제거하지 않고도 환자로부터 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 뼈 플레이트(14;16)는 생체 흡수성 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 뼈 플레이트(14;16)는 이 플레이트(14;16)를 뼈에 고정시키기 위해 뼈 스크류(8)를 수용하도록 된 적어도 하나의 스크류 구멍(9)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 뼈 플레이트(14;16)는 생체 흡수성 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 뼈 플레이트(14;16)가 환자 체내에 흡수되는 정도의 시간이 걸리는 생체 흡수성 재료로 제조되는 뼈 스크류(8)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정형외과적 장치가 신연기인 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 뼈 플레이트(14;16)와 해당 패스너(18;20)의 해제 가능한 결합은 디텐트 기구로 구성되고, 정형외과적 장치가 패스너(18;20)의 장치 연결부에 실질적으로 완전히 결합된 때에는 디텐트 기구의 해제가 방지되고, 정형외과적 장치가 패스너(18;20)의 장치 연결부로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리된 때에는 디텐트 기구의 해제가 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 패스너(18;20)의 앵커 연결부는 슈(182;220)로 구성되고, 적어도 하나의 패스너(18;20)와 결합되는 뼈 플레이트(14;16)의 패스너 연결부는 맞물림 공동(142;162)으로 구성되고, 상기 슈(182;220)는 맞물림 공동(142;162)에 의해 미끄럼 수납되도록 크기와 형태가 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 슈(182;220)와 해당 맞물림 공동(142;162)은 대응하는 사실상 직사각형 형태를 가지며, 이로써 해제 가능한 기계적 결합이 미끄럼식 고정인 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 슈(182;220)와 해당 맞물림 공동(142;162)은 대응하는 사실상 테이퍼진 형태를 가지며, 이로써 해제 가능한 기계적 결합은 마찰식 고정인 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 정형외과적으로 분리된 제1 및 제2 뼈 부분을 신연하기 위한 제6항에 따른 정형외과적 신연 시스템에 있어서,A) 뼈 스크류(8)를 수용하도록 된 스크류 구멍(9), 뼈 접촉 표면 및 사실상 직사각형인 제1 맞물림 공동을 갖는, 제1 뼈 부분으로의 경피적 이식 및 부착을 위한 원위 뼈 플레이트(16)와,B) 제1 맞물림 공동(162)에 대응하는 형태와 크기로 구성되어 제1 맞물림 공동(162)에 의해 미끄럼 수납됨으로써 원위 패스너(20)를 원위 뼈 플레이트(16)에 미끄럼 고정시키는 슈(220)와 장치 연결부를 갖고, 원위 뼈 플레이트(16)와 결합되는 원위 패스너(20)와,C) 뼈 스크류(8)를 수용하도록 된 스크류 구멍(9), 뼈 접촉 표면 및 제2 맞 물림 공동(142)을 갖는, 제2 뼈 부분으로의 경피적 이식 및 부착을 위한 근위 뼈 플레이트(14)와,D) 장치 연결부와 앵커 연결부를 가지며 디텐트 기구에 의해 근위 뼈 플레이트(14)와 해제 가능하게 결합되는, 근위 뼈 플레이트(14)와 결합되는 근위 패스너(18)와,E) 각 패스너(18;20)의 장치 연결부들에 결합되는 정형외과적 장치를 포함하고,F) 디텐트 기구의 해제는 정형외과적 장치가 근위 패스너(18)의 장치 연결부와 적어도 실질적으로 완전히 결합된 때에는 방지되고, 디텐트 기구의 해제는 정형외과적 장치가 근위 패스너(18)의 장치 연결부로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리된 때에는 허용되며, 양 패스너(18;20)는 각각의 해당 뼈 플레이트(14;16)로부터 해제될 수 있어서 뼈 플레이트(14;16)를 제거하지 않고도 패스너(18;20)와 신연 장치가 환자로부터 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 신연 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 뼈 플레이트(14;16)는 생체 흡수성 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 적어도 뼈 플레이트(14;16)가 환자 체내에 흡수되는 정도의 시간이 걸리는 생체 흡수성 재료로 제조되는 뼈 스크류(8)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과적 시스템.
