Description
Claims (20)
- 규정 DC 출력 전압을 제공하고 제 1 및 제 2 회로를 가지는 전원 공급기 회로로서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 회로 각각에 AC 입력 전압과 DC 입력 전압을 받아들이고, 이에 대응해서 제 1 노드에서 DC 출력 전압을 제공하는 전원 공급기 회로와,상기 전원 공급기 회로에 결합되어 있고, 2차 DC 입력 전압을 저장하는 저장 회로를 포함하며,상기 저장 회로는 휴대용 장치에 전력을 공급하기 충분한 규정 DC 출력 전압을 발생시키기 위해 상기 AC와 DC 입력 전압이 일시적으로 제거되는 경우에만 응답하여, 자동으로 상기 2차 DC 입력 전압을 상기 전원 공급기 회로에 전달하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 배터리 충전기와 재충전 배터리를 포함하며, 상기 배터리 충전기는 상기 전원 공급기 회로에 제공된 상기 AC 입력 전압 또는 상기 DC 입력 전압 중의 하나에 대응해서 상기 전원 공급기 회로의 제 1 노드에 선택적으로 결합되어, 상기 규정 DC 출력 전압의 일부분을 통해서 상기 재충전 배터리를 충전하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 선택적으로 상기 전원 공급기 회로에 연결되거나 상기 전원 공급기 회로로부터 제거될 수 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 제 1 스위치와 제 2 스위치를 더 포함하며, 상기 제 1 스위치와 상기 제 2 스위치에 응답하여 상기 배터리 충전기는 상기 재충전 배터리를 충전하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로에 의해서, 상기 제 2스위치가 폐쇄되고 상기 제 1 스위치가 개방되는 것에 응답하여 상기 재충전 배터리는 상기 회로에 DC 입력 전압을 제공하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 인버터 게이트를 포함하며, 상기 인버터 게이트는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스위치에 결합되어 제어하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1회로는 AC-대-DC 변환기를 포함하며, 상기 AC-대-DC 변환기는 15VDC와 24VDC사이의 DC 출력 전압을 제공하도록 되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제 2회로는 DC-대-DC 부스트 변환기를 포함하며, 상기 AC-대-DC 부스트 변환기는 15VDC와 24VDC 사이의 DC 출력 전압을 제공하도록 되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 제 1 및 제 2 정규 DC 출력 전압을 제공하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 재충전 배터리를 가지는 배터리 팩을 포함하며, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 상기 재충전 배터리로부터 충전 전압을 받아들임에 대응해서 상기 규정 DC 출력 전압을 제공하는 전력 변환기.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 공통 접속기를 통해서 다수의 다른 노드에서 상기 저장 회로에 선택적으로 결합되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 5VDC와 24VDC 사이의 한 쌍의 규정 DC 출력 전압을 제공하도록 되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 상기 AC와 DC 입력 전압 중 어느 하나가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 회로에 제공될 때에는 직접 전원공급 모드로 작동하여 저장 회로가 상기 2차 DC 입력 전압을 상기 전원 공급기 회로에 전달하지 않도록 되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급기 회로는 상기 AC와 DC 입력 전압들이 변환기에 제공되지 않을 때에는 저장 회로로부터 배터리 모드로 자동으로 작동하여 변환기가 AC 입력 전압 또는 DC 입력 전압에 의한 동작으로부터 저장 회로에 의한 동작으로 전이될 때 규정 DC 출력 전압이 방해받지 않도록 되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로는 다수의 적층형 배터리를 통합하도록 구성되어 있는 전력 변환기.
- 휴대용 장치에 전력을 공급하는 전력 변환기를 작동하는 방법으로서,전력 변환기를 사용해서 AC 또는 DC 입력 전압에 응답하여 DC 출력 전압을 발생시키는 단계와,상기 AC와 DC 입력 전압이 제거되는 경우에만 자동으로 상기 전력 변환기로 백업 DC 입력 전압을 전달하고, 이에 응답하여 상기 휴대용 장치에 전력을 공급하기 충분한 상기 DC 출력 전압을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 백업 DC 입력 전압은 재충전 배터리를 포함하는 저장 회로가 제공하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 DC 출력 전압의 일부분을 상기 AC 또는 DC 입력 전압중 어느 하나가 상기 전력 변환기에 제공될 때만 상기 재충전 배터리를 재충전하도록 상기 저장 회로에 제공하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 전력 변환기는 AC-대-DC 변환기와 DC-대-DC 변환기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 저장 회로를 상기 전력 변환기에 선택적으로 장착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
