Claims (5)
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극을 구비한 하부기판과, 상기 하부기판에 대향 배치되며 상대전극을 구비한 상부기판, 및 상기 하부기판과 상부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하며,상기 박막트랜지스터와 화소전극 사이에는 COA(Color filter On Array) 구조를 갖도록 레드, 그린 및 블루의 컬러 레진층과 투명 레진층이 적층 개재되고, 상기 컬러 레진층에는 화소영역에 해당하는 부분에 다수개의 홀(Hole)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 컬러 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 하나의 화소영역에 대응하는 부분에 적어도 하나 이상의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 컬러 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 노광장비의 해상도 이상의 크기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 컬러 액정표시장치.
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극을 구비한 하부기판과, 상기 하부기판에 대향 배치되며 상대전극을 구비한 상부기판, 및 상기 하부기판과 상부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하며,상기 박막트랜지스터와 화소전극 사이에는 COA(Color filter On Array) 구조 를 갖도록 레드, 그린 및 블루의 컬러 레진층과 투명 레진층이 적층 개재되고, 상기 컬러 레진층에는 화소영역에 해당하는 부분에 다수개의 홈(groove)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 컬러 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이는 그레이 톤 마스크(gray tone mask) 사용하여 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 컬러 액정표시장치.
