Claims (19)
- 삭제
- 피크파장이 360nm 내지 420nm인 제 1발광소자;피크파장이 400nm 내지 450nm인 제 2발광소자;피크파장이 430nm 내지 500nm인 제 3발광소자; 및상기 각 발광소자에서 발광된 1차광을 파장변환시켜 가시광선 스펙트럼영역내의 2차광을 발생시키는 파장변환수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 피크파장이 390nm 내지 450nm인 제 1발광소자;피크파장이 440nm 내지 500nm인 제 2발광소자; 및상기 각 발광소자에서 발광된 1차광을 파장변환시켜 가시광선 스펙트럼영역내의 2차광을 발생시키는 파장변환수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 1차광을 발생시키는 발광소자들 및 상기 파장변환수단이 단일의 패키지내에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 파장변환수단은, 각기 상이한 특성을 가지는 단일의 또는 하나 이상의 형광체가 혼합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 파장변환수단은,상기 각 발광소자의 측면, 상면, 및 하부면중 적어도 어느 일측에 배치되며,접착재 또는 몰딩재에 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 파장변환수단은,발광피크가 440nm 내지 500nm인 형광체;발광피크가 500nm 내지 590nm인 형광체; 및발광피크가 580nm 내지 700nm인 형광체;중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단일의 패키지는,기판위에 상기 발광소자들이 실장되고, 상기 각 발광소자 주위에 상기 파장변환수단이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단일의 패키지는,상기 기판 상에 형성된 리플렉터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 기판은 상기 적어도 하나의 발광소자에서 발생되는 열을 방출시키는 금속성 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 금속성 기판에 장착되는 방열판를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 기판상에서 상기 발광소자들 및 상기 파장변환수단을 봉지하는 몰딩부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 몰딩부에 상기 파장변환수단이 골고루 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단일의 패키지는,한 쌍의 전극리드중 일측에 상기 발광소자들이 실장되고, 상기 각 발광소자 주위에 상기 파장변환수단이 배치되며, 상기 발광소자들과 상기 파장변환 수단이 몰딩부에 의해 봉지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단일의 패키지는,상기 발광소자들에서 발생되는 열을 방출하는 힛싱크를 구비하며, 상기 각 발광소자 주위에 상기 파장변환수단이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 힛싱크의 열을 방출가능하게 장착되는 방열판를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 각 발광소자는, 실리콘 카바이드 또는 사파이어 기판상에 질화물 에피택셜층을 형성시킨 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
