Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 산화텅스텐(WO3 혹은 WO2.9) 분말과 산화구리(CuO 혹은 Cu2O) 분말을 혼합 분쇄한 후, 환원성 분위기에서 1단계로 200 ℃ 내지 400 ℃의 온도범위에서 1분에서 5시간 유지한 후, 다시 온도를 올려서 2 단계로 500 ℃ 내지 700 ℃의 온도범위에서 1분에서 5시간 유지한 후, 다시 온도를 올려서 3단계로 750 ℃ 내지 1080 ℃의 온도범위에서 1분에서 5시간 환원 열처리 하여 텅스텐이 구리 분말을 감싸는 구조의 텅스텐-구리 복합분말을 제조하는 단계;상기 텅스텐-구리 복합 분말 제조단계를 통해 제조된 텅스텐-구리 복합 분말로 되어 있는 원재료에 부피비로 30% ~ 70%의 바인더를 혼합하여 사출성형이 가능한 혼합체를 제조하는 단계;상기 혼합체 제조단계를 통해 제조한 바인더가 혼합된 혼합체를 히트싱크나 성형 작약탄의 라이너 등 원하는 형상의 금형을 이용하여 성형체를 사출 성형하는 단계;상기 사출 성형단계를 통해 사출된 성형체에서 용매를 이용하여 혼합된 바인더를 녹인 이후 가열을 통해 바인더를 태우는 방법 또는 단지 가열으로만 상기 텅스텐-구리 성형체에 혼합된 바인더를 제거하는 단계;상기 바인더 제거단계에서 바인더가 제거된 성형체를 1100∼1400℃에서 수소 분위기 또는 수소를 포함하는 환원성 분위기에서 소결하여 소결체의 밀도를 이론밀도 대비 95%이상으로 치밀화 시키는 단계; 및상기 소결 단계에서 치밀화된 소결체를 500∼1400℃에서 5∼200MPa의 압력으로 1분∼10시간동안 열간 등압 성형에 의하여 소결체 내부의 기공을 제거하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐-구리 합금 부품 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 잔류기공 제거단계는 상기 치밀화된 소결체를 금형을 이용한 냉간 또는 열간 압축 성형에 의하여 소결체 내부의 기공을 제거하고 치수변화를 보정하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐-구리 합금 부품 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소결 단계에서 소결체의 치밀화가 이론밀도 대비 97%이상으로 매우 높은 경우 소결체 내부의 기공을 제거하는 열간 정수압 성형이나 금형압축성형이 생략됨을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐-구리 합금 부품 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 방전용 전극.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 성형 작약탄의 라이너.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 전기 접점.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 히트싱크.
