Description
Claims (5)
- 구동측 풀리와 종동측 풀리와 이들 사이에 감아걸리는 벨트를 가지고, 상기 구동측 풀리에서의 회전수에 따라 상기 구동측 풀리 및 종동측 풀리에서의 감아걸림 직경을 변화시키는 무단 변속기와, 상기 무단 변속기와 구동륜 사이에 접속되어 상기 무단 변속기로부터 상기 구동륜에 대해서 한 방향으로만 동력 전달 가능한 일방향 클러치와, 엔진의 크랭크축과 상기 구동측 풀리 사이에 접속되어 상기 크랭크축이 소정 회전수 이상에 도달한 경우에 상기 크랭크축으로부터의 동력을 상기 무단 변속기에 대해서 전달하는 발진 클러치를 구비하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 바꾸는 변속비 변경 수단과,상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 검출하는 변속비 검출 수단과,구동측 풀리의 회전수를 검출하는 풀리 회전수 검출 수단과,상기 풀리 회전수 검출 수단에 의해 구동측 풀리가 정지했다고 검출되고 또한 상기 변속비 검출 수단에 의해 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비가 소정 상태에 없다고 검출된 경우에, 상기 변속비 변경 수단을 구동하여 상기 구동측 풀리의 폭을 변경하도록 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종동측 풀리는 상기 벨트를 항상 단단히 조이는 방향 으로 가압되고 있고,상기 변속비 변경 수단은 상기 풀리 회전수 검출 수단에 의해 구동측 풀리가 정지했다고 검출되고 또한 상기 변속비 검출 수단에 의해서 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비가 소정 상태에 없다고 검출된 경우에, 상기 구동측 풀리의 폭을 넓히는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 변경 수단은 상기 풀리 회전수 검출 수단에 의해 구동측 풀리가 정지했다고 검출되고 또한 상기 변속비 검출 수단에 의해 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비가 소정 상태에 없다고 검출된 경우에, 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비가 소정값에 도달할 때까지 상기 구동측 풀리의 폭을 넓히고, 그 후 상기 구동측 풀리의 폭을 좁혀 상기 벨트를 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 변경 수단은 상기 구동 풀리에 연결된 액추에이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엔진과는 다른 동력원으로서 상기 구동륜에 연결되어 있는 구동 모터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
