Claims (26)
- 코어 탄소재료의 결정의 가장자리 부분이 피복형성용 탄소재료에 의해 피복되어 있으며, 구형 또는 타원형이고, BET 법에 따라 측정되는 비표면적이 5m2/g 이하이며, 피복 후의 탄소재료의 비표면적이 코어 탄소재료의 비표면적보다도 작게 되어 있고, 분쇄공정에 의해 발생하는 단면을 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성된 2층 탄소재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료가 코어 탄소재료보다 낮은 결정도를 갖는 것인 소성된 2층 탄소재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코어 탄소재료가, (002)면의 평균 면간격(d002)이 0.335 내지 0.340nm이고, (002)면 방향의 결정자 두께(Lc)가 10nm 이상이고, (110)면 방향의 결정자 두께(La)가 10nm 이상인 높은 결정성을 갖는 것인 소성된 2층 탄소재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄소재료 전체의 참비중이 1.50 내지 2.26g/cm3인 소성된 2층 탄소재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,입도 분포를 측정하였을 때, 체적기준의 적산치로 지름이 1㎛ 이하인 입자가 전체의 10% 이하인 소성된 2층 탄소재료.
- 코어 탄소재료를 피복형성용 탄소재료의 피복 용액에 침지한 후, 피복형성용 탄소재료의 잔류 피복 용액으로부터 피복된 코어 탄소재료를 분리하여, 분리된 코어 탄소재료에 유기 용매를 가하고, 세정하고, 건조하고, 소성하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 표면에 피복층을 갖는 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 10 내지 300℃에서 코어 탄소재료를 피복형성용 탄소재료의 피복 용액에 침지한 후, 피복형성용 탄소재료의 잔류 피복 용액으로부터 피복된 코어 탄소재료를 분리하여, 분리된 코어 탄소재료에 유기 용매를 가하고, 세정하고, 건조하고, 소성하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 표면에 피복층을 갖는 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,분리된 코어 탄소재료에 유기 용매를 가하여 10 내지 300℃에서 세정하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,코어 탄소재료를 감압하에 피복형성용 탄소재료에 침지하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료가 석탄계 또는 석유계 중질유인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료가 타르(tar) 또는 피치(pitch)인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,세정에 이용하는 유기 용매가 톨루엔, 퀴놀린, 아세톤, 헥산, 벤젠, 크실렌, 메틸나프탈렌, 알콜류, 석탄계 오일 및 석유계 오일 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,세정시의 고형분과 유기 용매의 비율이 중량비로 1:0.1 내지 1:10인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료/(코어 탄소재료+피복형성용 탄소재료)의 중량비로서 정의되는 피복비(c)가 0<c≤0.3인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료가, 미리 일차 QI의 적어도 일부를 제거하여 일차 QI의 함량을 3% 이하로 감소시킨 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 탄소재료를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 따른 탄소재료를 포함하는 음극재료를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서,리튬 이차전지가 비수계 리튬 이차전지인, 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,리튬 이차전지가 고체 전해질 리튬 이차전지인, 리튬 이차전지.
- 미리 일차 QI를 제거하여 일차 QI의 함량이 3% 이하가 되도록 조절한 피복형성용 탄소재료의 피복 용액에 코어 탄소재료를 침지한 후, 피복형성용 탄소재료의 잔류 피복 용액으로부터 피복된 코어 탄소재료를 분리하여, 분리된 코어 탄소재료에 유기 용매를 가하고, 세정하고, 건조하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 표면에 피복층을 갖는 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항에 따른 방법으로 얻어진 피복된 탄소재료를 탄화소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항에 따른 방법으로 얻어진 피복된 탄소재료를 10℃/시 이하의 승온속도로 탄화소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항에 따른 방법으로 얻어진 피복된 탄소재료를 진공 탄화소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항에 따른 방법으로 얻어진 피복된 탄소재료를 흑연화소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,피복된 탄소재료의 소성에 앞서, 그 표면을 미리 산화처리하는 것을 포함하는, 탄소재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피복형성용 탄소재료가, 미리 일차 QI의 적어도 일부를 제거하여 일차 QI를 3% 이하로 한 것인 2층 탄소재료.
