Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 전기적 신호를 기계적 신호로 변환하여 음향을 발생시키는 음향 진동판에 있어서,고분자 물질, 펄프계 재료, 바이오계 재료, 세라믹 재료를 주재료로 하며, 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소나노튜브, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 탄소나노튜브를 강화제로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 상기 음향 진동판의 내부에 개재되거나 분산되어 강화제로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 상기 음향 진동판의 표면에 코팅되어 강화제로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 상기 음향 진동판의 중심부에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene, PE), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP), 폴리에테르이미드(polyether imide, PEI), 폴레에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethylen terephthalate, PET) 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 펄프계 재료는 각종 펄프 및 이들에 각종 섬유를 혼초(混抄)한 펄프임을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바이오계 재료는 셀룰로오스임을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 H, B, N, O, F, Si, P, S 또는 Cl의 성분과 전이금속 혹은 전이금속 화합물, 알칼리 금속 중에서 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하고 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브의 분산을 위하여 계면활성제, 스테아르산 또는 지방산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 음향 진동판 재료의 양을 기준으로 0.1~50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 음향 진동판 재료의 양을 기준으로 0.1~30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브는 음향 진동판 재료의 양을 기준으로 0.1~20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 진동판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항, 제 6항 내지 제 8항 및 제 12항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 음향 진동판을 포함하는 스피커.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항, 제 6항 내지 제 8항 및 제 12항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 음향 진동판을 포함하는 마이크로 스피커.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항, 제 6항 내지 제 8항 및 제 12항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 음향 진동판을 포함하는 압전 스피커.
