Claims (5)
- 하우징본체, 상기 하우징본체와 함께 혼합실을 형성하는 커버, 상기 커버에 형성되어 라디에이터의 냉각부에서 냉각된 저온냉각액을 상기 혼합실로 유입시키는 저온냉각액포트, 상기 하우징본체의 상기 저온냉각액포트에 대하여 대향측에 형성되어 엔진등의 피냉각부에서 가열된 고온냉각액을 상기 혼합실로 유입시키는 고온냉각포트, 상기 고온냉각액포트 및 상기 저온냉각액포트로부터 상기 혼합실로 유입되어 혼합되는 혼합냉각액을 엔진의 피냉각부로 송출하는 냉각액송출포트와, 상기 하우징본체내에서 상기 혼합실내에 배치되고 상기 저온냉각액포트측에 형성된 피스턴샤프트지지부에 고정지지되는 피스턴샤프트와 하측에서 연장된 연장부를 가지며 상측주연에 상기 저온냉각액포트를 개폐하는 메인밸브를 가지고 상기 혼합실의 액체온도에 따라서 액체온도가 높은 경우 상기 고온냉각액포트측으로 이동하고 액체온도가 낮을 경우 상기 저온냉각액포트측으로 이동가능하게 된 온도감지가동부로 구성되는 서머스탯장치에 있어서, 상기 고온냉각액포트에 연통하여 상기 고온냉각액포트로부터의 상기 고온냉각액을 상기 온도감지가동부에 확실히 접촉할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상기 온도감지가동부의 일부를 둘러싸는 정류관과, 상기 저온냉각액포트를 포함하는 상기 정류관의 내측에 배치되어 상기 온도감지가동부의 연장부가 삽입안내되는 안내링을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 서머스탯장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과냉된 저온냉각액이 혼합실로 유입될 때 저온냉각액이 상 기 온도감지가동부에 직접 접촉하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 메인밸브가 착설된 상기 온도감지가동부의 상측부를 둘러싸는 스커트형태의 디플렉터가 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 서머스탯장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지가동부의 직경이 감소되고 그 하측에 연장부가 연장됨이 없이 상기 온도감지가동부의 하측부가 상기 정류관내의 안내링에 직접 삽입안내됨을 특징으로 하는 서머스탯장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지가동부의 중간에 정류관의 상측구부와 상호작용하는 O-링 형태의 링밸브가 배치되고, 온도감지가동부의 하측에는 연장부를 대신하여 하측이 개방된 관상의 연장관이 배치되며 이러한 연장관의 상측주연에 안내링과 상호작용하는 수개의 기다란 슬로트가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 서머스탯장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정류관의 높이가 낮아져 그 상측구부가 온도감지가동부의 하측에 위치하며 상기 온도감지가동부의 하측 연장부에 정류관의 상측구부와 상호작용하는 환상밸브가 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 서머스탯장치.
