- 삭제
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가진 단백질.
- 서열번호 1의 유전자.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 유전자.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가진 고호열성 DNA 중합효소를 암호화하는 핵산서열.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 3에서 선택되어지는 상기 고호열성 DNA 중합효소를 암호화하는 DNA 핵산서열.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 고호열성 DNA 중합효소를 암호화하는 DNA 핵산서열이 서열번호 1과 코돈 축퇴성에 의한 등가인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산서열.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 중합효소.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항의 어느 한 항에 따른, 핵산서열을 포함하는 재조합벡터.
