Claims (5)
- 외부로부터 유입되는 공기를 정화하는 에어필터와;정화기로부터 정화된 공기를 유입하여 압송하는 에어펌프와;에어펌프에서 압송되는 공기에 오존을 발생시키는 오존발생기와;오존발생기에서 발생된 오존이 함유된 공기를 외부로 배출하는 배출구와;오존발생기 및 배출구를 연결하는 배관 상에 마련되는 체크밸브와;상기 배관 내의 압력을 측정하는 압력센서와;오존 발생량 및 배관 내의 압력에 따라 상기 에어펌프, 오존발생기 및 체크밸브의 동작을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 오존을 이용한 유지 분해 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 오존발생기는 상기 배관보다 큰 직경의 원통으로 형성되고, 압송된 공기가 유입되는 유입공과 오존을 함유한 공기가 배출되는 배출공이 하면과 상면에 각각 형성되며, 자외선을 조사하는 램프가 내부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존을 이용한 유지 분해 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,일단에는 상기 배출구와의 연결을 위한 연결수단이 마련되고, 타단에는 배출 되는 공기를 분산시키기 위한 산기수단이 마련되는 이송호스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존을 이용한 유지 분해 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 있어서,상기 에어필터, 에어펌프, 오존발생기, 배출구, 체크밸브, 압력센서 및 제어부가 내장 가능하도록 내부에 소정의 공간이 형성되고, 각 구성요소를 작동시키기 위한 조작 스위치가 정면에 마련되며, 상기 토출구 및 내부의 공기 순환을 위한 공기 순환공이 배면에 형성되는 케이스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존을 이용한 유지 분해 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 에어필터, 에어펌프, 오존발생기, 배출구, 체크밸브, 압력센서 및 제어부의 외관은 SUS304 또는 SUS304의 합금으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존을 이용한 유지 분해 장치.
