Claims (8)
- 어노드 전극과 캐소드 전극 사이에 구비된 유기 EL층의 발광에 의하여 화상을 표시하는 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극에 전기적으로 연결되어 캐소드 전극 성막시에 캐소드 전극에 발생되는 전하를 외부로 방출하는 배선을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 기판, 어노드 전극, 유기 EL층, 캐소드 전극, 캐소드 전극간 절연을 위한 격벽 및 상기 캐소드 전극과 연결되어 캐소드 전극을 외부로 빼내기 위한 투명 전극들을 포함하는 패시브 타입 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 투명 전극들을 단락시켜 기판 외부로 빼내어 상기 캐소드 전극 성막시 캐소드 전극에 발생되는 전하를 방출하는 배선을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- TFT 및 TFT의 드레인에 연결되는 어노드 전극을 단위 픽셀로 하며 단위 픽셀이 매트릭스 형태로 배열되어 이루어진 액티브 영역, 패드부, 유기 EL층, 캐소드 전극 및 상기 캐소드 전극을 상기 패드부에 연결하기 위한 제 1 배선을 포함하는 액티브 타입 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극과 연결되어 캐소드 전극 성막시 캐소드 전극에 발생되는 전하를 기판 외부로 방출하는 제 2 배선을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 기판, 어노드 전극, 유기 EL층, 캐소드 전극, 캐소드 전극간 절연을 위한 격벽 및 상기 캐소드 전극과 연결되어 캐소드 전극을 외부로 빼내기 위한 투명 전극들을 포함하는 패시브 타입 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 어노드 전극 형성시에 상기 투명 전극들을 단락시켜 기판 외부로 빼내어 상기 캐소드 전극 성막시 캐소드 전극에 발생되는 전하를 방출하는 배선을 함께 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법.
- TFT 및 TFT의 드레인에 연결되는 어노드 전극을 단위 픽셀로 하며 단위 픽셀이 매트릭스 형태로 배열되어 이루어진 액티브 영역, 패드부, 유기 EL층, 캐소드 전극 및 상기 캐소드 전극을 패드부에 연결하기 위한 제 1 배선을 포함하는 액티브 타입 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극에 연결되어, 캐소드 전극 성막시 캐소드 전극에 발생되는 전하를 기판 외부로 방출하는 제 2 배선을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 2 배선을, 상기 어노드 전극 형성시에 함께 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 2 배선을, 상기 TFT의 소오스/드레인 전극 형성시에 함께 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 2 배선을, 상기 TFT의 게이트 전극 형성시에 함께 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조방법.
