Claims (8)
- 수산화아파타이트 소결체 제조 방법에 있어서, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, SrSnO3, SrZO3, SrHfO3, BaTiO3, FeAl2O4, ZnAl2O4, MgAl2O4, MgFe2O4, TiMg2O4, FeTiO3, NiTiO3, Mg2SiO4, Fe2SiO4 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 복합산화물의 분말을 수산화아파타이트 성형체 위에 덮고 충전시켜 대기와의 접촉을 차단시킨 후 1200 ~ 1300℃에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화아파타이트 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화아파타이트 성형체는 수산화아파타이트 분말에 ZrO2나 Al2O3가 단독으로 또는 ZrO2와 Al2O3가 함께 첨가된 복합 분말로 성형한 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화아파타이트 성형체는 수산화아파타이트 단일 조성 분말로 성형한 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 수산화아파타이트 소결체의 제조 방법에 있어서, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, SrSnO3, SrZO3, SrHfO3, BaTiO3, FeAl2O4, ZnAl2O4, MgAl2O4, MgFe2O4, TiMg2O4, FeTiO3, NiTiO3, Mg2SiO4, Fe2SiO4 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 복합산화물의 분말을 수산화아파타이트에 ZrO2나 Al2O3를 단독으로 또는 ZrO2와 Al2O3를 함께 첨가시킨 복합 분말과 혼합하여 성형한 성형체를 1200 ~ 1300℃에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화아파타이트 소결체의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 성형체 위에 상기 복합산화물의 분말 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 분말을 덮고 충전시켜 대기와의 접촉을 차단시킨 후 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수산화아파타이트 성형체는 수산화아파타이트 분말에 ZrO2나 Al2O3가 단독으로 또는 ZrO2와 Al2O3가 함께 첨가된 복합 분말로 성형한 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수산화아파타이트 성형체는 수산화아파타이트 단일 조성 분말로 성형한 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물의 분말은 부피비로 0% 초과 ~ 50% 이하의 함량으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
