Abstract
Description
본 발명의 다른 측면은, 음극판과 양극판 사이에 세퍼레이터를 개재시킨 상태에서 와인딩하여 젤리롤타입의 전극조립체를 제조하는 제1단계와, 상기 전극조립체를 케이스에 수납시키는 제2단계와, 상기 케이스의 일측이 개봉된 상태에서 상기 전극조립체에 최초 충전을 행하여 충전시 발생되는 가스를 배출시키는 제3단계와, 상기 전극조립체의 단자가 외부로 노출되도록 상기 전극조립체를 상기 케이스에 밀봉한 후 상기 전극조립체를 만충전시키는 제4단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 제3단계에 있어 최초 충전이 용량의 30% 미만에서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
Claims (6)
- 음극판과 양극판 사이에 세퍼레이터를 개재시킨 상태에서 와인딩하여 젤리롤타입의 전극조립체를 제조하는 제1단계와,상기 전극조립체에 최초 충전을 행하여 가스를 발생시키는 제2단계와,상기 최초 충전된 전극조립체의 상하부에서 가열된 가압판을 이용하여 상기 최초 충전된 전극조립체를 가압함으로써 상기 전극조립체 내부의 공기를 배출시키고 양전극과 음전극의 밀착력을 높이는 제3단계와,상기 가압된 전극조립체가 케이스에 의해 밀봉되도록 하는 제4단계와,상기 밀봉된 전극조립체를 만충전시키는 제5단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2단계에 있어 최초 충전이 용량의 30% 미만에서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.

- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제3단계에 있어 최초 충전이 용량의 30% 미만에서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
