Claims (6)
- 양극; 음극; 및 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 배치된, 아릴아민 잔기를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 중합체 발광 물질을 포함하는 전기발광 소자:화학식 1상기 식에서,R1 및 R2는 독립적으로 수소; 1 내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 기; 6 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴; 4 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 갖는 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴; 또는 시아노 기이고;Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4 및 Ar은 각각 독립적으로 6 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴; 4 내지 40개의 탄소를 갖는 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴; 또는 이들의 조합이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar1 및 Ar2가 화학적 결합에 의해 연결되어 제 1 기를 형성하고, Ar3 및 Ar4가 화학 적 결합에 의해 연결되어 제 2 기를 형성하는 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar이 하나보다 많은 Ar 기를 포함하는 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 식의 기 1 내지 24를 포함하되, 각각의 식에서 R은 치환기이고, 수소; 1 내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 기; 6 내지 28개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴; 4 내지 40개의 탄소를 갖는 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴; 시아노 기; 니트로 기; 또는 염소, 브롬 또는 불소 원자일 수 있고; m은 1 내지 3의 정수인 전기발광 소자:상기 식에서, X는 O 또는 S 원자이고;상기 식에서, p는 0 내지 2의 정수이고;상기 식에서, X는 O 또는 S 원자이고, p는 0 내지 2의 정수이고;상기 식에서, X1은 O 원자 또는 2개의 시아노 기이고;상기 식에서, R1은 치환기이고, 수소; 1 내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 기; 6 내지 28개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴; 또는 4 내지 40개의 탄소를 갖는 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴이고;상기 식에서, R1은 상기 정의된 바와 같고, X2는 질소원자 또는 CH이고;상기 식에서, R1은 상기 정의된 바와 같고, p는 0 내지 2의 정수이고;상기 식에서, X는 O 또는 S 원자이고, p는 0 내지 2의 정수이고;상기 식에서, R1은 상기 정의된 바와 같고, p는 0 내지 2의 정수이다.
