Abstract
본 발명은 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 신서란 추출물, 개망초 추출물 및 이들의 혼합추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 식물 추출물을 포함하는 피부 노화 방지 및 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 멜라닌 생합성 과정에 핵심적으로 작용하는 티로시나제 활성 및 그에 따른 멜라닌 색소의 생성을 효과적으로 억제하므로, 피부 노화방지 및 미백용 화장료 조성물로써 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 티로시나아제 효소의 활성을 억제시키면 멜라닌 색소의 생성을 억제할 수 있다는 점에 착안하여, 종래의 화장품 분야에서는 천연 미백 추출물로서 천연 식물 추출물 등을 티로시나제의 활성저해물질로 이용하여 왔다. 구체적으로, 한국 등록특허 제70824호에는 닥나무 추출물을 함유한 미백화장료가 개시되어 있고, 한국 등록특허 제84763호에는 호장근 추출물을 함유한 미백화장료가 개시되어 있으며, 한국 등록특허 제122094호에는 상백피 추출물을 함유한 미백조성물 등이 개시되어 있고, 한국 등록특허 제253842호에는 뽕나무로부터 분리된 멜베린을 함유하는 미백화장료에 대하여 개시하고 있다. 그러나 상기 성분들을 사용하여 화장품을 제조하는 경우 그 제조과정 또는 제품보관 중에 빛과의 반응에 의해 산화되어 화장품의 색이 변색되는 등의 단점이 있다. 따라서 산화방지제, UV 흡수제, 금속킬레이트제등의 첨가제를 첨가하여 이러한 변색을 줄이고자 하였으나, 이러한 첨가제를 다량 사용하는 경우에 피부를 자극하는 등 피부안정성에 문제점이 있고, 목적하는 만큼의 충분한 미백효과를 얻을 수 없다는 단점이 있다.
