Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 프로톤산기를 갖는 2가의 방향족기를 반복구조 단위로 하는 블록과, 프로톤산기를 갖지 않는 2가의 방향족기를 반복구조 단위로 하는 블록을 함유하고, 또 유리전이온도(Tg)가 180℃ 이하인 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 결착제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블록 공중합체가 이온 교환기 당량이 200~1000g/mol이고, 또 64중량% 메탄올 수용액에 25℃에서 24시간 침지했을 때의 중량 유지율이 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 결착제.
- 제1항에 있어서,프로톤산기를 갖는 2가의 방향족기가 하기 일반식(1)이고, 프로톤산기를 갖지 않는 2가의 방향족기가 하기 일반식(2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 결착제.[화학식 1][화학식 2](일반식(1) 및 일반식(2) 중, X1~X5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 프로톤산기를 나타내며, X1~X5의 적어도 하나는 프로톤산기이고, A1~A4는 각각 독립적으로 직접결합, -CH2-, -C(CH3)2-, -C(CF3)2-, -O-, -SO2- 또는 -CO-를 나타내며, g, h, i, j, k, l은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내며, 방향환의 수소원자는 -CmH2m +1(m은 1~10의 정수를 나타냄), -Cl, -F, -CF3 또는 -CN으로 치환되어 있어도 좋다.)
- 제3항에 있어서,X1 및 X2가 프론톤산기, X3~X5가 수소원자, A1이 -SO2- 또는 -CO-, g가 1인 연료전지용 결착제.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 프로톤산기가 -CnH2n-SO3H(n은 0~10의 정수)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 결착제.
- 제3항에 있어서,j가 1, k가 0인 연료전지용 결착제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 연료전지용 결착제와, 전극재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 전극형성용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,전극재료가 카본블랙, 활성탄, 흑연, 납, 철, 망간, 코발트, 크롬, 갈륨, 바나듐, 텅스텐, 루테늄, 이리듐, 팔라듐, 백금, 로듐 및 그들의 합금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 전극형성용 조성물.
- 제7항 기재의 연료전지 전극형성용 조성물을 사용한 연료전지용 전극.
- 제9항 기재의 연료전지용 전극을 사용하여 얻은 연료전지.

- 제8항 기재의 연료전지 전극형성용 조성물을 사용한 연료전지용 전극.
