Description
Claims (20)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 균일 피치 그레이팅 도파로는 상기 반사광 펄스들의 펄스 간격들이 일정하게 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 균일 피치 그레이팅 도파로의 반사율은 상기 반사광 펄스들이 동일한 광 강도를 가지도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 균일 피치 그레이팅 도파로 각각은 상기 소스광 펄스열의 광 펄스 시간폭에 대응하는 광로 길이 이하의 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소스광 펄스열은 소정의 펄스 주기의 1/2 이하인 전체 광펄스 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성 방법.
- 소정의 펄스주기를 갖는 소스광 펄스열을 생성하는 광 펄스원;동일한 브래그 파장을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅과 위상 시프트부를 포함하는 위상 시프트 그레이팅으로서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅은 상기 위상 시프트부를 통하여 결합되는, 위상 시프트 그레이팅; 및
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅은 상기 반사광 펄스열의 펄스간격들이 일정하게 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅의 반사율은 상기 반사광 펄스열의 각각의 광 펄스가 동일한 광 강도를 가지도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅 각각은 상기 소스광 펄스열의 광 펄스 시간폭에 대응하는 광로 길이 이하의 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 소스광 펄스열은 소정의 펄스 주기의 1/2 이하인 전체 광 펄스폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅이 상기 소스광 펄스열에 대하여 각각 R1, R2 의 반사율을 가질 때, 상기 반사율 (R1, R2) 은,R1 / R2 = (1 - R1)2을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅 중 적어도 하나는 아포다이즈된 그레이팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 균일 피치 그레이팅이 상기 소스광 펄스열에 대하여 각각 R1, R2 의 반사율을 가질 때, 상기 반사율 (R1, R2) 의 곱은,R1 ×R2 ≤10-3을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로는 광 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로는 평면 채널형 광도파로인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 펄스열 생성기.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로는 광 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 그레이팅 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로는 평면 채널형 광도파로인 것을 특징으로 하는 그레이팅 장치.
- 소정의 펄스주기를 갖는 소스광 펄스열을 생성하는 광 펄스원;복수의 균일 피치 그레이팅 도파로와 교대로 광학적으로 결합되는 위상 시프트 도파로들을 가지는 다중 위상 시프트 그레이팅 도파로로서, 상기 복수의 균일 피치 그레이팅 도파로 각각은 상기 소스 광 펄스열을 반사하는, 다중 위상 시프트 그레이팅 도파로; 및
