Generally, detergents containing hypochlorous acid are liquid formulations with viscosity of about 100 cps. U.S. Patent 4235732 describes a bleach composition in liquid formulation. When a consumer applies a liquid-type cleaner to the wall at home, the cleaner may flow down to the undesired area and wear safety gloves and rub it with a loofah to prevent the user from getting hypochlorite. The work is cumbersome and difficult because it has to be cleaned. In the case of a clean room that manufactures semiconductors as well as homes, fine particles that evaporate or float in the air may act as impurities when cleaning with a liquid type detergent.

차염소산염은 차염소산나트륨, 차염소산칼륨, 차염소산칼슘 및 차염소산마그네슘 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. ate), hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, calcium peroxide, hydrogen peroxide and sodium pyrophosphate, tetrasodium pyrophophate peroxidate (Na 4 P 2 0 7 xH 2 0 2 ) and organic acids alone or in combination of two or more Can be used. These active ingredients are excellent in disinfection, disinfection and pollutant removal. Particularly, when used in combination with a surfactant, the hypochlorite compound is very preferable because it adds the cleaning function of the surfactant to the sterilization and disinfection function of the hypochlorite ions, thereby improving the decontamination ability as well as the effective disinfection power. The hypochlorite is preferably used one or two or more selected from sodium hypochlorite, potassium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlorite and magnesium hypochlorite.

In addition, the adhesive of the present invention may further increase the sterilization and odor removal effect by containing an organic acid. As the organic acid, it is preferable to use one or two or more selected from lactic acid, tartaric acid, glacial acetic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, fish acid and butyric acid.

In the present invention, it is important that the adhesion layer has a good film forming ability as a water-soluble polymer. In the present invention, the film-forming agent used for the adhesion layer may be polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyalkyl vinyl ether-maleic acid copolymer or Hydrophilic glass polymers selected from the mixtures thereof are included, and they are hydrated upon contact with moisture to release the active ingredient to remove stained components on the wall or the like. Preferably, polyvinyl pyrrolidone or polyalkyl vinyl ether-maleic acid copolymer is used, and although the adhesiveness is slightly deteriorated for ease of detachment from contaminated sites such as walls, for example, polyvinyl alcohol , Hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural or synthetic gums, etc. may be used alone or in combination with a good adhesive polymer.

The compounding relationship between the active ingredient contained in the adhesive layer and the film forming agent is used within the range of about 0.1 to 30% by weight for the active ingredient such as sodium hypochlorite, and the amount of the film forming agent used varies depending on the polymer properties. To about 60% by weight. If the content of the active ingredient is less than about 0.1% by weight, the effect is weak, and if it exceeds 30% by weight there is a risk that the phase stability of the product, and the like. In addition, when the content of the film-forming agent is less than 2% by weight, it is difficult to form a film due to the small viscosity increase effect, and when it exceeds 60% by weight, it may be difficult to be hydrated in water.

The adhesive according to the present invention contains a pH adjuster such as sodium hydroxide, phosphate, etc. to create acidic or basic conditions. Polyalkyl vinyl ether as film forming agent

In the case of using a maleic acid copolymer, a polyalkylvinylether-maleic acid copolymer neutralized with an alkaline agent may be used when the pH of the adhesion layer solution is desired to be neutral.

The polymer that gives the film forming ability to the support layer is insoluble in water, impermeable, does not swell or stick even in water or wet environment, and it has flexibility to improve the usability when attached, and also to make a film that does not transmit active ingredients. . Such polymers include ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, cellac, rosin, cellulose acetate phthalate, metacryloyl ethyl betain / metacrylate copolymer (Yukaformer) or mixtures thereof.

In addition, a white pigment, titanium dioxide (titanium dioxide) is used in the support layer so that when the adhesive (patch, patch) of the present invention is attached, it may appear white in appearance.

Titanium dioxide surface-treated in various ways when compatibility with active ingredients is poor

Titanium dioxide or zinc oxide may be used alone or in combination, or hydroxyapatite (HAP), talc, and the like may be used and coated with silicone oil. In order to increase the value of cosmetic products with the appearance of color, pearls or pigments of various colors can be applied to produce a visual effect. The amount of suitable pigments at this time is 0.2 to 40% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 20% by weight relative to the support layer.

The adhesive patch in the present invention may contain a plasticizer generally used. Due to the nature of the polymer, it may become hard after manufacture, resulting in poor fit. Therefore, in order to improve this point, a plasticizer is added in the present invention. As the plasticizer, castor oil, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol and the like can be used. The plasticizer may be added at about 0.01 to 20% by weight. If the content of the plasticizer is less than 0.01% by weight, the effect of improving physical properties is lowered. If the content of the plasticizer is more than 20% by weight, the usability of the patch may be rather deteriorated.

When the raw material used for the patch contains a metal component as an impurity, the decomposition of an active ingredient such as sodium hypochlorite may be accelerated. In order to prevent this, the present invention uses a chelating agent. Suitable chelating agents include TSPP (tetra sodium pyrophosphte), SAPP (sodium acid pyrophosphate), peroxide as hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ), urea peroxide, calcium peroxide (CaO 2 ) alone or mixtures thereof Etc. can be used. When the above-mentioned ingredients are included in the active ingredient, it is not necessary to add a chelating agent, but when not used as the active ingredient, about 0.01 to 10% by weight is added depending on impurities of the raw material.

This is because the embodiment is an adhesive because the contaminant removal component was attached without flowing down as in the comparative example, and at the same time, the contaminants also come off together when the adhesive is removed.

Experimental Example 2: Usability Evaluation

For Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, a consumer panel on feeling of use was conducted. 35 adult men and women were asked on the 7-point scale to find out how they felt after using each product.

As a result of the feeling test, the liquid formulation was flowed down and later wiped again with a mop, but the adhesive did not need to work as described above.
