Claims (11)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트계 수지 20 내지 95 중량부;(B) (B1) 고무 변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 0 내지 100 중량% 및 (B2)비닐계 공중합체 수지 0 내지 100 중량% 로 이루어지는 공중합체 수지 1 내지 50 중량부; 및(C) 1.50 내지 1.59의 굴절률을 가지는 아크릴계 공중합체 수지 1 내지 50 중량부;로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여 (D) 난연제 0.1 내지 40 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기초수지는 아크릴계 수지(E)를 0 초과 50 중량부 이하의 범위로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(B1)는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1 -8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량%와 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1 -8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1 -8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1 -4 알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드, 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 5∼95 중량%를 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체(EPDM), 폴리오가노실록산/폴리알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 고무 복합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼95 중량%에 그라프트 중합된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐계 공중합체(B2)는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1 -8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1 -8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량%와 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1 -8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-4 알킬 또는 페닐 핵치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량%의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 공중합체 수지(C)는 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2의 구조를 갖는 방향족 또는 지방족 메타크릴레이트 20 내지 100 중량% 및 단관능성 불포화 단량체 0 내지 80 중량%의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물:[화학식 1](상기 식에서 m은 0~10의 정수이며, X는 사이클로 헥실기, 페닐기, 메틸페닐기, 메틸에틸페닐기, 메톡시페닐기, 사이클로헥실페닐기, 클로로페닐기, 브로모페닐기, 페닐페닐기 및 벤질페닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)[화학식 2](상기 식에서 m은 0~10의 정수이며, Y는 산소(O) 또는 황(S)이고, Ar은 사이 클로 헥실기, 페닐기, 메틸페닐기, 메틸에틸페닐기, 메톡시페닐기, 사이클로헥실페닐기, 클로로페닐기, 브로모페닐기, 페닐페닐기 및 벤질페닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨).
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단관능성 불포화 단량체는 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 프로필 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트, 페닐 메타크릴레이트, 페녹시에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 벤질 메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 메타크릴산 에스테르류; 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 아크릴산 에스테르류; 아크릴산, 메타크릴산을 포함하는 불포화 카르복실산, 무수말레산을 포함하는 산 무수물; 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 모노글리세롤 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 하이드록시기를 함유하는 에스테르; 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드을 포함하는 아미드; 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 니트릴류; 알릴 글리시딜 에테르; 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트; 및 스티렌 및 α-메틸스티렌을 포함하는 스티렌계 단량체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 공중합체 수지(C)는 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 300,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연제(D)는 인계 난연제, 할로겐계 난연제 및 무기계 난연제 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수지(E)는 메틸 메타아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타아크릴레이트, n-프로필 메타크릴레이트, n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 페닐 메타아크릴레이트, 벤질 메타아크릴레이트, 헥실 메타아크릴레이트, 사이클로헥실 메타아크릴레이트, 페녹시 메타아크릴레이트, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타 아크릴레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 아크릴계 단량체의 (공)중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 계면활성제, 핵제, 커플링제, 충전제, 가소제, 충격보강제, 활제, 항균제, 이형제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안 정제, 상용화제, 무기물 첨가제, 착색제, 안정제, 윤활제, 정전기방지제, 안료, 염료, 방염제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 난연 내스크래치 열가소성 수지 조성물을 압출한 성형품.
