Claims (9)
- 전기경혈탐지기를 사용하여 중완혈 부근에서 최저 전기저항점을 찾는 단계;상기 최저 전기저항점에 주입기구를 이용하여 시각화 물질을 주입하는 단계;상기 시각화 물질이 분포된 췌장, 상기 췌장표면 상면에 있는 췌장위줄 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 확인하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분포된 시각화 물질을 확인한 후 상기 시각화 물질이 분포된 조직을 촬영하여 영상으로 획득하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,실체현미경 하에서 상기 주입기구의 바늘이 피하조직 내에 주입되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 시각화 물질은 알시안 블루(Alcian blue)용액 및 유기발광물질로 표지된 나노입자(nanoparticle) 함유용액 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 알시안 블루용액은 분말 상태의 알시안 블루를 인산완충식염수에 녹여 용액으로 제조하는 단계;상기 알시안 블루용액을 폴리스티렌 필터로 여과하는 단계;상기 알시안 블루를 냉장상태로 보관하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 주입기구를 이용하여 알시안 블루용액을 0.1㎕/min의 용량으로 2 내지 3 시간 동안 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 주입기구를 이용하여 유기발광물질로 표지된 나노입자(nanoparticle) 함유용액을 0.2ml의 용량으로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조직의 촬영은 실체 현미경 및 형광 현미경 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장기에 도달되는 액체 도달 시각화 방법.
- 전기경혈탐지기를 사용하여 사람을 제외한 동물의 중완혈 부근의 피부에서 최저 전기저항점을 찾는 단계;췌장에 액체가 도달되도록 주입기구를 이용하여 상기 탐지된 최저 전기저항점에 액체를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 주입 방법.
