Claims (13)
- 고분자 전해질막의 둘레 가장자리부가 노출되도록, 상기 전해질막의 한쪽 면에 애노드 전극이 접합되고 상기 전해질막의 다른 쪽 면에 캐소드 전극이 접합되어서 구성되는 막전극 복합체와, 상기 애노드 전극 및 상기 캐소드 전극에 각각 연료 가스 및 산화제 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급부를 가지고, 상기 전해질막의 둘레 가장자리부를 끼워서 상기 막전극 복합체를 유지하는 프레임과, 이들에 의해서 형성되는 전극/막/프레임 접합체와, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체를 애노드측 및 캐소드측에서 끼우는 한 쌍의 세퍼레이터를 가지는 복수의 단전지 모듈을 적층해서 조립된 고분자 전해질형 연료전지에 있어서,상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체에 있어서, 상기 애노드 전극 또는 상기 캐소드 전극의 바깥쪽 가장자리와 상기 프레임의 안쪽 가장자리의 사이에서, 상기 전극의 바깥쪽 가장자리를 따라서 연장되어, 상기 전해질막 위에 배치됨과 더불어, 상기 프레임에 접합된 내측 탄성 부재와,상기 프레임의 내외 가장자리의 사이에 있어서, 상기 내측 탄성 부재를 따라서 연장되어 배치됨과 더불어, 상기 프레임에 접합된 외측 탄성 부재와,상기 프레임에 접합되어, 상기 내측 탄성 부재와 상기 외측 탄성 부재를 연결하는 복수의 연결 탄성 부재를 구비하고,상기 내측 탄성 부재 및 상기 외측 탄성 부재는, 단전지 모듈 조립 후의 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체와 상기 세퍼레이터의 간격 치수 이상의 두께를 가지고, 상기 단전지 모듈이 조립된 상태에서, 각각의 상기 탄성 부재가 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 두께 방향으로 탄성 변형해서 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체와 상기 세퍼레이터의 사이를 밀착 밀봉하는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측 탄성 부재는, 상기 내측 탄성 부재보다도 그 정상부가 높아지도록 형성되고, 상기 막전극 복합체와 상기 세퍼레이터의 사이에 형성되는 공간을, 상기 단전지 모듈 외부에 대하여 밀폐 밀봉하는 개스킷으로서 기능하는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 탄성 부재, 상기 외측 탄성 부재, 및 상기 연결 탄성 부재의 각각은, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 표리(表裏)면에 형성되어 있는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 탄성 부재, 상기 외측 탄성 부재, 및 상기 연결 탄성 부재의 각각은, 사출 성형에 의해 일체적으로 형성되고, 사출 성형에 있어서 의 수지의 주입부에 형성된 주입부 흔적 탄성 부재가, 상기 각각의 탄성 부재 중 상기 외측 탄성 부재에만 접속되어 있는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 내측 탄성 부재, 상기 외측 탄성 부재, 및 상기 연결 탄성 부재의 각각은, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 표리면에 형성되고,상기 각각의 탄성 부재 중 표면측의 상기 외측 탄성 부재와 이면측의 상기 외측 탄성 부재가 상기 주입부 흔적 탄성 부재에 의해 접속되고,상기 주입부 흔적 탄성 부재가 그 내측에 배치된 관통 구멍이, 상기 프레임에 형성되어 있는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 고분자 전해질막의 둘레 가장자리부가 노출되도록, 상기 전해질막의 한쪽 면에 애노드 전극이 접합되고 상기 전해질막의 다른 쪽 면에 캐소드 전극이 접합되어서 구성되는 막전극 복합체와, 상기 애노드 전극 및 상기 캐소드 전극에 각각 연료 가스 및 산화제 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급부를 가지고, 상기 전해질막의 둘레 가장자리부를 끼워서 상기 막전극 복합체를 유지하는 프레임과, 이들에 의해서 형성되는 전극/막/프레임 접합체와, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체를 애노드측 및 캐소드측에서 끼우는 한 쌍의 세퍼레이터를 가지는 복수의 단전지 모듈을 적층해서 조립되는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지에 있어서의 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체를 사출 성형용 금형에 배치하고, 상기 전극/막/ 프레임 접합체에 있어서, 상기 애노드 전극 또는 상기 캐소드 전극의 바깥쪽 가장자리와 상기 프레임의 안쪽 가장자리의 사이에서, 상기 전극의 바깥쪽 가장자리를 따라서 연장되어, 상기 전해질막 위에 배치되는 제1유로와, 상기 프레임의 내외 가장자리의 사이에 있어서 상기 내측 탄성 부재를 따라서 연장되어 배치되는 제2유로와, 상기 제1유로와 상기 제2유로를 연통(連通)하는 복수의 연통 유로를 형성하고,상기 제1유로에 탄성체 수지를 주입함으로써, 상기 제1유로 내에 상기 탄성체 수지를 충전함과 더불어, 상기 각각의 연통 유로를 통해서 상기 제2유로에 상기 탄성체 수지를 충전하고,상기 충전된 탄성체 수지를 경화시킴으로써, 상기 제1 및 제2유로 및 상기 각각의 연통 유로에 있어서, 상기 단전지 모듈이 조립된 상태에서, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 두께 방향으로 탄성 변형해서 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체와 상기 세퍼레이터의 사이를 밀착 밀봉하는 탄성 부재를 일체적으로 형성하는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2유로는, 상기 단전지 모듈이 조립된 상태에 서의 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체와 상기 세퍼레이터의 간격 치수 이상의 깊이를 가지는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유로의 형성에 있어서, 상기 제1유로에 있어서의 상기 탄성체 수지의 주입 위치로부터의 거리가 커짐에 따라서, 그 단면적이 커지도록, 상기 각각의 연통 유로를 형성하는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유로의 형성에 있어서, 상기 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 애노드측 및 캐소드측의 면에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2유로 및 상기 각각의 연통 유로를 형성함과 더불어, 상기 프레임의 관통 구멍을 통해서, 상기 애노드측의 상기 제1유로와 상기 캐소드측의 상기 제1유로에, 상기 탄성체 수지를 동시에 주입하는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유로의 형성에 있어서, 상기 각각의 연통 유로의 단면적이, 상기 제1유로의 단면적 및 상기 제2유로의 단면적보다도 작아지도록, 상기 각각의 유로를 형성하는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유로의 형성에 있어서, 상기 제1유로가, 상기 제2유로보다도 그 정상부가 높아지도록 형성되는, 전극/막/프레임 접합체의 제조 방법.
