- (1) 이온농도적이 2.25 내지 25 mM2이며 pH가 6.8 내지 8.0 인 인산칼슘 이온용액을 승온처리하므로써 고체기재 표면에 단층으로 생성시킨 비정질인산칼슘 과립을 생성시키는 단계, 및 (2) (1)에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 이온농도적이 2.25 내지 25 mM2이며 pH가 6.8 내지 8.0 인 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액과 반복적으로 반응시켜, 용해도가 낮아진 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 저용해성 비정질인산칼슘 과립의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (1) 단계에서 승온 시작의 온도 범위는 0℃ 내지 30℃이고, 승온 마침의 온도 범위는 8℃ 내지 50℃이되, 승온 온도가 5℃ 내지 50℃이하이고, (2) 단계에서 승온 시작의 온도 범위는 0℃ 내지 25℃이고, 승온 마침의 온도 범위는 8℃ 내지 45℃이되, 최소 승온 온도가 5℃ 내지 45℃이하 임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (2) 단계에서 비정질 인산칼슘 과립의 용해도를 낮추기 위해 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액을 반복적으로 사용하는 회수는 1회 이상 3회 이하임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 고체기재 표면에 생성된 단층의 비정질 인산칼슘 과립.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 단층의 저용해성 비정질 인산칼슘 과립은 세포배양용액에서 12시간 이내에 소실되지 않는 저용해성 비정질 인산칼슘 과립.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고체 기재가 폴리머인 제조 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 단층의 저용해성 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 포함하는 폴리머 고체 기재.
- 제13항의 단층의 저용해성 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 포함하는 폴리머 고체 기재는, 세포의 부착을 증진시키고 세포사멸을 저하시키는 단층의 저용해성 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 포함하는 폴리머 고체 기재.
