Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 파이프 라인을 커버하여 상기 파이프 라인을 가열하는 파이프 가열 장치로서,일면이 상기 파이프 라인의 외면과 대향하도록 상기 파이프 라인을 커버하는 내부시트와;상기 내부시트의 타면에 분포되는 열선과;상기 내부시트의 타면에 적층되며, 상기 열선에서 방사되는 열을 보온하는 보온패드와;상기 열선의 길이방향을 따라 바느질되어 상기 열선을 상기 내부시트 또는 상기 보온패드에 고정하는 바늘땀; 및상기 보온패드를 상기 파이프에 홀딩하는 커버재킷을 포함하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열선은,스테인리스 스틸 파이버(stainless steel fiber) 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스테인리스 스틸 파이버의 직경은 8μm 내지 14μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열선은,상기 스테인리스 스틸 파이버 다발을 커버하는 절연피복을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부시트와 상기 보온패드는 접착제를 매개로 서로 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보온패드와 상기 커버재킷은 접착제를 매개로 서로 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부시트는,내열성의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 열선과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 열선의 온도를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 파이프 가열 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 내부시트 및 상기 보온패드는 상기 파이프 라인의 형상에 상응하는 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 가열 장치.
