Claims (10)
- 이금속성 전구체 화합물로서, 하기 화학식 I의 하나 이상의 퍼레네이트 겹염 (perrhenate double salt) 형태로, 레늄 및 원소 주기율표의 VIII족 또는 Ib족의 하나 이상의 추가의 금속이 지지체에 가해져 있는, 카르보닐 화합물의 촉매 수소화에 의한 테트라히드로푸란과 감마-부티로락톤의 혼합물의 제조를 위한 지지된 레늄 촉매:<화학식 I>[Mea(NH3)b(OH)c](ReO4)dㆍeH2O상기 식에서, Me는 원소 주기율표의 VIII족 및 Ib족 금속이고, a는 1 또는 2이며, b는 1 내지 8의 정수이며, c는 0 내지 5의 정수이며, d는 2, 3 또는 4이며, e는 0 내지 12의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 이금속성 전구체 화합물이 Pd(NH3)4(ReO4)2 또는 Pt(NH3)4(ReO4)2 또는 이들 둘 다인 지지된 레늄 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 레늄 및 원소 주기율표의 VIII족 또는 Ib족의 추가의 금속이 촉매 전체를 기준으로 각각 0.03 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 지지된 레늄 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 입자 전체에 걸쳐서 원소 주기율표의 VIII족 또는 Ib족 금속 (Me)에 대한 레늄의 비 (전자 현미경에 의해 측정)가 분석 지점의 98%에서 5 미만의 계수 편차를 나타내는 지지된 레늄 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 촉매를 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 카르보닐 화합물의 촉매 수소화에 의한 테트라히드로푸란과 감마-부티로락톤의 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 카르보닐 화합물이 알데히드, 카르복실산, 에스테르, 무수물 및 락톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 카르보닐 화합물이 말레산, 푸마르산, 숙신산 또는 이들의 에스테르 또는 무수물 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수소화를 5 내지 220 bar 범위의 압력 및 110 내지 250 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 고정층 촉매 상에서 액상으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 Me가 Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt, Cu, Ni, Ag 또는 Co인 지지된 레늄 촉매.
