Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 설치된 발광 소자;상기 기판 및 발광 소자 상에 형성되어 상기 발광 소자를 포위하는 형광체층;상기 기판 및 형광체층 상에 형성되어 상기 형광체층을 포위하는 봉지 수지층; 및상기 기판에 지지되고 상기 발광 소자 상에 배치되는 렌즈를 포함하고,상기 렌즈는 상면의 중앙부에 제1 함몰부가 형성되고 하면의 중앙부에 제2 함몰부가 형성된 렌즈 몸체와, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 하면에 형성되어 상기 렌즈 몸체가 상기 기판과 이격되도록 상기 렌즈 몸체를 지지하는 렌즈 서포터를 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 두께 대비 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 0.06~0.1이고, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 두께 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 0.5~0.75인 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 깊이 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 6.25~10인 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.18~0.3이고, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.14~0.25인 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.7~0.94인 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 봉지 수지층은 적어도 일부분이 상기 제2 함몰부 내에 배치되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 함몰부와 제2 함몰부는 수직 방향으로 오버랩되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 서포터는 복수개가 서로 이격되어 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 서포터는 적어도 3개 이상 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 몸체의 상면 주변부는 평탄하게 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 서포터는 상기 기판에 접착되어 고정되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 몸체의 하면에는 상기 제2 함몰부가 형성된 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분에 요철 또는 거칠기가 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 봉지 수지층은 적어도 일부분이 상기 제2 함몰부 내에 배치되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 형광체층의 상면은 상기 발광 소자의 배치에 따라 굴곡진 형태로 형성 되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 형광체층의 상면은 평탄한 발광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판에는 홈이 형성되고, 상기 홈 내에 상기 봉지 수지층이 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 설치된 발광 소자;상기 기판 및 발광 소자 상에 형성되어 상기 발광 소자를 포위하는 형광체 봉지층; 및상기 기판에 지지되고 상기 발광 소자 상에 배치되는 렌즈를 포함하고,상기 렌즈는 상면의 중앙부에 제1 함몰부가 형성되고 하면의 중앙부에 제2 함몰부가 형성된 렌즈 몸체와, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 하면에 형성되어 상기 렌즈 몸체가 상기 기판과 이격되도록 상기 렌즈 몸체를 지지하는 렌즈 서포터를 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 형광체 봉지층은 형광체가 분산된 봉지 수지층으로 형성되고, 상면이 볼록한 형태로 형성된 발광 장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 두께 대비 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 0.06~0.1이고, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 두께 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 0.5~0.75이고, 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 깊이 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 깊이의 비는 6.25~10이며,상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.18~0.3이고, 상기 렌즈 몸체의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.14~0.25이고, 상기 제1 함몰부의 최대 폭 대비 상기 제2 함몰부의 최대 폭의 비는 0.7~0.94인 발광 장치.
