Claims (8)
- 화상 표시부를 갖는 화상 표시 유닛과 차광부를 갖는 투광성 보호 패널을 대향 배치함과 함께, 이들 사이에 수지 조성물을 개재시키고, 당해 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 수지 경화물로 할 때,상기 수지 조성물로서, 광중합 개시제를 함유함과 함께, 유기 과산화물을 열중합 개시제로서 함유하는 광·열경화형 수지 조성물을 사용하고,상기 수지 조성물의 경화율이 30% 이상이 될 때까지 광 조사에 의한 경화를 실시한 후, 열경화를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호 패널이 플라스틱 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열중합 개시제의 10 시간 반감기 온도가 100℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지 조성물의 경화 수축률이 5% 이하이고, 경화 후의 수지 경화물의 25℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률이 1×107Pa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지 조성물은 폴리우레탄아크릴레이트, 폴리이소프렌계 아크릴레이트 또는 그 에스테르화물, 테르펜계 수소 첨가 수지, 및 부타디엔 중합체에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 폴리머와, 이소보르닐아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜테닐옥시에틸메타크릴레이트, 및 2-히드록시부틸메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 아크릴레이트계 모노머와, 광중합 개시제 및 열중합 개시제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호 패널의 외주연을 따라 차광부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 화상 표시 유닛과 보호 패널 사이의 수지 조성물에 대해 적어도 외측 측면측으로부터 광 조사를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화상 표시 유닛에 장착된 화상 표시부가 액정 표시 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 화상 표시부를 갖는 화상 표시 유닛과 차광부를 갖는 투광성 보호 패널을 대향 배치함과 함께, 이들 사이에 수지 조성물을 개재시키고, 당해 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 수지 경화물로 할 때, 상기 수지 조성물로서, 광중합 개시제를 함유함과 함께, 유기 과산화물을 열중합 개시제로서 함유하는 광·열경화형 수지 조성물을 사용하고, 상기 수지 조성물의 경화율이 30% 이상이 될 때까지 광 조사에 의한 경화를 실시한 후, 열경화를 실시함으로써 제조되는 화상 표시 장치.
