Claims (9)
- 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진(1)으로서,배기가스 구동식 가변면적 터빈(7)과 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)에 의해 구동되어 보조 송풍기를 거쳐서 또는 보조 송풍기를 바이패스(bypass)하여 엔진 실린더들에 소기를 공급하는 컴프레셔(9)를 갖는 터보차저(6)로서, 소기는 먼저 소기 수납부에 수납되고 실린더들에 제공된 소기 포트들을 거쳐서 실린더들에 들어가는, 터보차저;상기 컴프레셔(9)의 하류측에 위치하는 소기 가습장치(12);개별의 실린더들로부터 배기가스를 수납하는 배기 수납부, 및 배기가스를 배기 수납부로부터 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)으로 유도하는 배기관(5);상기 배기관 내에 있는 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트(19);상기 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트(19)와 가변면적 터빈(7)과 결합되는 제어장치(50)로서, 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)의 면적과 상기 웨이스트 게이트(19)의 개방을 제어하도록 구성되고, 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)과 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트(19)가 소정의 소기 압력 대 엔진부하 곡선을 따르도록 제어하며, 1차 수단으로서 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)의 면적이 상기 곡선을 따르도록 제어하고, 상기 1차 수단이 상기 소정의 곡선을 따르게 하기에 부족한 경우에만 2차 수단으로서 상기 웨이스트 게이트(19)를 개방하도록 제어하는, 제어장치(50);를 포함하는, 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치(50)는 산화질소(NOx) 배출량 또는 그의 가중평균치가 주어진 임계치 이하로 유지되면서 상기 엔진(1)의 특정 연료소비량을 최소화하도록 상기 가변면적 터빈(7)과 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트(19)를 제어하는, 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어장치(50)는 상기 가습장치(12)와 결합되고, 상기 제어장치(50)는 산화질소(NOx) 배출량이 주어진 임계치 이하로 유지되도록 소기 중의 절대 수분함량을 제어하는, 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트(19)는 전력 소비 장치에 연결되는, 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전력 소비 장치는 파워 터빈(31)인, 중질연료로 동작되는 크로스헤드 타입의 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진.
- 중질연료로 동작되는 가습공기 터보차지 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진의 특정 연료 오일 소비량 저감방법으로서, 상기 디젤 엔진은 소기 수납부, 실린더들에 있는 소기 포트들, 가변 터보차저, 및 제어가능한 웨이스트 게이트를 포함하는 크로스헤드 타입의 디젤 엔진이고, 상기 방법은:소정의 소기 압력 대 엔진부하 곡선을 정의함;상기 소정의 소기 압력 대 엔진부하 곡선을 따르도록 하기 위하여 터빈 면적 및 웨이스트 게이트의 개방을 제어함; 및상기 곡선을 따르도록 하기 위하여 1차 수단으로서 터빈 면적을 제어하고, 상기 1차 수단이 상기 소정의 곡선을 따르게 하기에 부족한 경우에만 2차 수단으로서 상기 웨이스트 게이트를 개방함;을 포함하는, 중질연료로 동작되는 가습공기 터보차지 2-스트로크 대용량 디젤 엔진의 특정 연료 오일 소비량 저감방법.
