- 2wt% 이상 20wt% 이하의 중량%로 파라핀이 적용된 성형보조제와, 0wt%를 초과하고 0.1wt% 미만의 중량%로 코발트(Co) 분말이 적용되는 금속바인드와, 잔부인 평균입자 200㎚ 크기의 텅스텐카바이드분말(WC) 및 기타 불가피한 첨가물을 포함하는 재료를 준비하는 재료준비단계(S100)와,습식 볼밀링 공정으로 상기 재료를 혼합하는 재료혼합단계(S200)와,재료에 압력을 가하여 성형하는 가압성형단계(S300)와,성형된 성형체 내부에 포함된 파라핀을 제거하는 탈바인딩단계(S400)와,탈바인딩된 성형체를 진공 소결하는 진공소결단계(S500)와,진공소결된 소결체를 열간정수압으로 가압하여 초경합금을 형성하는 열간정수압단계(S600)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 열간정수압단계(S600)는,1000bar의 압력하에서 1시간 동안 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 가압성형단계(S300)는,혼합된 재료를 성형틀에 장입하여 2.0ton/㎠의 압력으로 가압 성형하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 가압성형단계(S300)에서는,압출, 냉간 정수압성형, 단조성형 중 어느 하나로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 진공소결단계(S500)는,1300℃ 내지 1800℃ 온도범위에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 초경합금 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 열간정수압단계(S600)는,1400℃ 내지 1800℃ 온도 범위에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금은,상대밀도가 99% 이상이며, 비커스 경도값은 2,800kgf/mm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 초경합금 제조방법.
