- 접근 포트를 통하여 왕복 엔진의 내부 캐비티에 삽입되어 세정이 필요한 엔진 내부 표면에 인접하게 배치될 수 있는 처리 매니폴드(260); 및 상기 처리 매니폴드와 유체 연통되는 연장 도관(240)을 포함하며,상기 처리 매니폴드는 관통 통로(passageway) 및 분리된 유체 전달 지점에 대한 각 튜브상에 위치한 적어도 하나의 오리피스(262)를 구비한 독립적으로 방향조절이 가능한 복수의 튜브(261)를 구비하고, 상기 튜브가 근(proximal) 말단 및 원(distal) 말단을 구비하고, 상기 근 말단이 봉인 부재(250)와 연통되고, 튜브의 적어도 하나의 원 말단이 세정이 필요한 엔진 내부 표면으로 위치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 시스템의 내부 표면으로 세정 조성물을 전달하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 원 말단을 세정이 필요한 엔진의 내부 표면에 실질적으로 인접한 위치로 위치시키는 안내 수단(263)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 봉인 부재와 연통되고, 조종 가능한 말단부를 상기 엔진의 내부 캐비티 내부에 위치하도록 방향조절이 가능한 튜브의 외주면에 위치한 안내 부재(265)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 안내 부재가 견고한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 안내 부재가 홈(keyway)을 구비하고, 방향조절이 가능한 튜브와 함께 끼워 맞추어(keyed) 방향조절이 가능한 튜브의 방향성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 오리피스로부터 내부 엔진 표면까지의 기선택 거리를 유지하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 오리피스를 감싸는 포지셔닝 부재(270)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 연장 도관이 처리 매니폴드의 독립적으로 방향조절이 가능한 복수의 튜브와 연통된 단일의 입구 및 복수의 출구를 구비한 스플리터(splitter, 245)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- (a) 압력 조절장치와 연결된 입구 및 배출 출구를 구비하고, 엔진 세정 조성물로 충진된 압력 내성 저장 용기(20);(b) 상기 압력 내성 저장 용기의 배출 출구에 연결된 조절 가능한 밸브(30);(c) 밸브 작용에 따라 압력 내성 저장 용기로부터 배출된 엔진 세정 조성물을 수용하기 위하여 조절 가능한 밸브에 연결 가능하게 부착된 근 말단 및 원 말단을 구비한 적어도 하나의 연장 도관(40);(d) 적어도 하나의 연장 도관의 원 말단부와 유체 연통되게 연결되고, 접근 포트를 통하여 엔진의 내부 공간으로 삽입되고, 접근 포트로부터 엔진의 내부 공간으로 연장되며, 내부 엔진 표면으로 유체를 전달하는 오리피스를 구비한 적어도 하나의 방향조절이 가능한 튜브를 구비하고, 세정이 필요한 표면에 근접하게 상기 오리피스를 위치시키기 위하여 방향조절이 가능한 튜브의 일부에 대해 동심원 형태로 위치한 안내부재를 구비한 처리 매니폴드(60); 및(e) 접근 포트와 탈착 가능하게 연결되고, 연장 도관 및 처리 매니폴드와 함께 유체 전달을 가능하게 하는 봉인 부재(50)를 포함하는내부 탄소질 엔진 증착물을 제거하기 위하여 세정 조성물을 투여하고 방향성을 부여하는 내연엔진의 공기 흡입 시스템에 부착 가능한 응용 도구.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 압력 내성 저장 용기의 배출 출구에 연속하여 연결된 게이지(gauge)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응용 도구.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 연장 도관이 처리 매니폴드의 방향조절이 가능한 복수의 튜브와 유체 연통된 단일의 입구 및 복수의 출구를 구비한 스플리터를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응용 도구.
