Claims (3)
- 타이어 트레드 고무조성물에 있어서,스티렌 함량이 10∼30중량%, 비닐 함량이 50∼80중량%, Tg가 -30∼-50℃인 용액중합 스티렌 부타디엔 고무 50∼90중량부 및 고 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔(High Cis 1,4-Polybutadiene, VCR) 고무 10∼50중량부로 이루어진 원료고무 100중량부에 대하여 표면적이 160∼180m2/g, 수분함량은 5.0∼7.0중량%, 이산화규소(SiO2) 함량이 90∼99중량%인 실리카 40∼90중량부;요오드 흡착가 90∼110mg/g, DBP 흡착가 130∼140cc/100g인 카본블랙 5∼50중량부;비닐 함량이 70∼91%인 1,3-부타디엔 호모폴리머 3∼10중량부;실리카 분산제로서 하기 구조식(2)의 헥사메틸다이실라잔(Hexamethyldisilazane, HMDZ), 트리메톡시실리프로필메타크릴레이트(trimethoxysilylpropylmethacrylate, TPMA), 3-티오시아네이토프로필-트리에톡시 실란, N,N'-비스(2-메틸-2-니트로프로필)-1,6-디아미노헥산의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 커플링제 0.5∼5중량부;산화티탄(titanium dioxide), 클레이(clay), 층상실리케이트(layered silicate), 중석(tungsten), 탈크(Talc), 운모(mica), 탄산칼슘(calcium carbonate, CaCO3), 버미큘라이트(vermiculite), 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite)의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 충전제를 10∼30중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 트레드 고무조성물.(CH3)3Si-HN-Si(CH3)3....구조식(2)상기에서 고 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무는 고 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무를 매트릭스로 하고 섬유상 물질로서 직경 0.02∼0.1㎛, 비표면적 80∼90㎡/g,결정화도 70∼80%, 녹는점(Melting Point, MP) 190∼210℃의 단섬유상인 신디오탁틱 1,2-폴리부타디엔(Syndiotactic 1,2 Polybutadiene, SPB)이 분산된 고무이거나 또는 고 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무를 매트릭스로 하고 섬유상 물질로서 직경 0.5∼1.0㎛, 비표면적 110∼130㎡/g, 결정화도 80∼90%, 녹는점(MP) 250∼270℃의 단섬유상인 신디오탁틱 1,2-폴리부타디엔(SPB)이 분산된 고무이다.
