Claims (7)
- 줄기세포 분리방법에 있어서,흡입물질이 포함된 용기의 내경과 일치되는 피스톤에 1 이상의 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 관통공을 통하여 효소나 세척액이 투입될 수 있도록 연결관을 형성하되 상기 연결관은 선단부가 상기 관통공과 연결되고 말단부가 외부관 또는 효소나 세척액이 포함된 다른 용기에 연결되어 있어,상기 효소나 세척액을 흡입물질이 포함된 용기에 투입하기 위하여 상기 피스톤을 당겨 용기 내에 음압을 형성시켜 상기 연결관과 피스톤의 관통공을 통하여 효소나 세척액이 상기 용기 내로 투입하고, 상기 효소나 세척액이 투입된 흡입물질을 원심분리의 과정을 거쳐 줄기세포와 같은 유효성분이 분리된 후 상기 용기의 피스톤을 밀어 용기 내에 양압이 형성되면 피스톤 부분의 상승 유체가 관통공과 연결관을 통하여 외부로 유출됨을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
- 줄기세포 분리방법에 있어서,흡입물질이 포함된 용기의 내경과 일치되는 피스톤에 1 이상의 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 관통공을 통하여 효소나 세척액이 투입될 수 있도록 연결관을 형성하되 상기 연결관은 선단부가 상기 관통공과 연결되고 말단부가 외부관 또는 효소나 세척액이 포함된 다른 용기에 연결되어 있어,상기 용기의 피스톤을 밀어 용기 내에 양압이 형성되면 피스톤 부분의 상승 유체가 관통공과 연결관을 통하여 외부로 유출됨을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결관은 튜브가 더 연결되어 다른 용기와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연결관 또는 튜브와 다른 용기가 연결되는 구간에 정량제어를 위한 계량수단이나 1 이상의 용기와 선택적으로 연결되기 위해 밸브가 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 판막형 원웨이 밸브 또는 루어락 3-웨이 밸브임을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 3-웨이 밸브는 제1밸브가 연결관 또는 튜브와 연결되고, 제2밸브가 세척액 등이 포함된 용기 또는 유효성분 추출용기에 연결되고, 제3밸브가 제거성분 추출용기 또는 세척액 등이 포함된 용기에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포 분리방법.
