Claims (10)
- ⅰ) 디카르복실산 성분과 디올 성분의 1차 에스테르화 반응물, 및 하기 화학식 1의 인계 난연제를 인(P)원자 기준으로 3,500~10,000 ppm으로 포함하는 조성물을 촉매 존재 하에서 중합반응시켜 난연성 폴리에스테르 칩(chip)을 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 난연성 폴리에스테르 칩의 표면을 마찰시켜 칩의 결정화도가 0.1 내지 5 %가 되도록 예비 결정화시키는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 표면 결정화된 폴리에스테르 칩을 200~260 ℃에서 15~50 시간 동안 중합하여 폴리에스테르의 고유점성도(intrinsic viscosity)가 0.85 내지 1.35로 되도록 고상중합하는 단계;ⅳ) 상기 고상중합 폴리에스테르 칩을 용융 및 방사하여 미연신사를 제조하는 단계; 및ⅴ) 상기 미연신사를 별도의 연신장치에서 연신 및 열처리하여 연신사를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조방법:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시에틸기 또는 하이드록시프로필기이며, R3는 수소, 탄소수 1~10개의 알킬기, 또는 페닐기이다.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅳ)단계는 고상중합 폴리에스테르 칩을 265~315 ℃에서 용융시켜 450~750 m/min의 방사속도로 방사한 후, 연신히터(Annealing Heater: 온도 200~380 ℃, 히팅후드 길이 100~300 mm) 및 단열판(길이 60~200 mm)을 포함하는 지연 퀀칭존(Delayed Quenching Zone)을 거쳐, 퀀칭-에어(Quenching-Air: 온도 15~30 ℃, 속도 0.2~1.5 m/s)로 냉각시켜 미연신사를 제조하는 것인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅴ)단계는 미연신사를 별도의 연신장치에서 횡연신(warper-drawing) 방식으로 연신 및 열처리하는 것으로서, 상기 연신장치는 적어도 3개의 고뎃-롤 러(Godet-Roller)군, 및 적어도 2개의 열풍 오븐을 포함하며, 각각의 고뎃-롤러군은 적어도 3개의 고뎃-롤러를 포함하는 것인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 ⅴ)단계는 고뎃-롤러 온도 90~150 ℃, 열풍 오븐 온도 210~275 ℃, 총 연신배율 5.5~6.7 배, 이완율 5~20 %, 및 권취속도 150~300 m/min의 조건으로 수행하는 것인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조방법.

- 폴리에스테르의 주쇄에 하기 화학식 2의 단위구조를 포함하며, 한계산소지수(Limit Oxygen Index) 27~37, 용융온도(Tm) 235℃ 이상, 결정영역 배향도(fc) 0.88~0.97, 비결정영역 배향도(fa) 0.15~0.50, 복굴절율(△n) 0.1~0.2, 결정화도(Xc) 40~55 %, 고유점성도(intrinsic viscosity) 0.75~1.05, 색상 b값 7.0 이하, 강도 6.5g/d 이상, 수축율(190℃, 15min, 0.01g/d, Testrite 측정) 6.0% 이하, 열 응력(180℃, Load=0.025~0.100g/d) 0.002~0.030 g/d, 및 단사섬도 4.0~5.5 데니어(De)인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사:[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서, R3는 수소, 탄소수 1~10개의 알킬기, 또는 페닐기이다.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되고,폴리에스테르의 주쇄에 하기 화학식 2의 단위구조를 포함하며, 한계산소지수(Limit Oxygen Index) 27~37, 용융온도(Tm) 235℃ 이상, 결정영역 배향도(fc) 0.88~0.97, 비결정영역 배향도(fa) 0.15~0.50, 복굴절율(△n) 0.1~0.2, 결정화도(Xc) 40~55 %, 고유점성도(intrinsic viscosity) 0.75~1.05, 색상 b값 7.0 이하, 강도 6.5g/d 이상, 수축율(190℃, 15min, 0.01g/d, Testrite 측정) 6.0% 이하, 열응력(180℃, Load=0.025~0.100g/d) 0.002~0.030 g/d, 및 단사섬도 4.0~5.5 데니어(De)인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사:[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서, R3는 수소, 탄소수 1~10개의 알킬기 또는 페닐기이다.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 원사는 인계 난연제를 인(P)원자 기준으로 3,000~9,000 ppm 으로 포함하는 것인 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사.
- 제7항의 난연성 폴리에스테르 원사를 사용하여 제조되는 산업용 직물.
