Claims (1)

고정대판(100)상부로 승강작동판(101)이 장치되어 유체압으로 승강작동되는 성형기(1)와,
성형기의 고정대판 위에 부착되어 상면이 개방되고 상면중앙에 완성된 수통몸체를 반분한 모양과 같은 모양이 음각된 성형홈(201)이 형성되어 있고 성형홈에서 수통의 입구가 위치하는 쪽으로 수통입구를 요동없이 수용할 수 있게 반원형으로 된 입구 고정홈(202)이 음각되며 입구고정홈과 반대되는 수통바닥쪽에 성형홈과 직각되는 방향으로 받침금형(204)이 수직으로 설치된 하측금형(2)과.
성형기의 승강작동판(101) 저면에 부착되어 강제승강되고 하측금형(2)과 마주보는 저면이 개방되어 저면 중앙에 완성된 수통몸체를 반분한 모양과 같은 성형홈(301)이 음각되어 하측 금형의 성형홈과 일치되고 성형홈에서 수통의 입구가 위치하는 쪽으로 수통입구를 요동없이 수용할 수 있게 반원형으로 된 입구 고정홈(302)이 음각되며, 입구 고정홈(302)과 반대되는 수통바닥쪽에 하측금형의 받침금형(204)이 삽입되는 수직안내홈(303)이 형성된 상측금형(3)과,
고정대판상면에서 하측금형의 입구 고정홈 외측방으로 수직되게 한쌍의 수직안내봉(6)(6a)을 설치하여 상기 수직안내봉 외면에 끼워지도록 수직안내공(701)이 형성되어 수직안내봉을 따라 상하로 이동되고 중앙부에서 상향으로 연결대(702)가 부착되어 상단에 코일스프링(703)이 장치되며 수직안내봉 설치방향과 직각방향으로 돌출되게 손잡이(704)가 부착되며 노즐(706)이 형성된 승강작동판(700)을 구비하는 것에 있어서,
하측금형(2)의 성형홈(201) 바닥쪽에 성형홈과 직각되는 방향으로 안내홈(203)을 형성하여 받침금형(204)을 설치하고 받침금형 외측에 실린더(4)의 피스톤에 의하여 시이소형으로 작동하는 밀대판(5)을 장치한 하측금형(2)과
승강작동판의 중앙부에서 상하측금형쪽으로 장치되고 관체로 되며 끝에 수통입구에 결합하는 노즐(706)이 형성되고 노즐외면에 패킹(706a)이 끼워지며 노즐반대측에 배출구(705c)가 형성되어 진공펌프와 연결되는 유체작동관(705)과,
유체작동관의 내부에 형성된 공간부 중심을 관통하고 관체로 되어 출구(707a)가 노즐중심공으로 돌출되며 출구외주에 유체작동관 속으로 연통하는 유체흡입공(707b)이 형성되고 출구반대측의 입구(707c)에 증압기(10)의 출구가 호스로 연결되는 유체공급관(707)으로 이루어진 수통지지장치(7)와,
유체작동관의 배출구(705c)에 연결된 진공펌프(P)와 연계되어 수통내의 유체압을 회수통(800)으로 강제이동시켜 수통내의 압력을 해소시키는 압력해소장치(8)와,
유체작동관(705)외면에 에어공급공(900a)이 있는 에어실린더(900)를 장치하여 노즐쪽으로 복귀스프링(901a)이 장치된 가동실린더(901)를 장치하고 가동실린더(901)끝에 수통분리구(903)를 결합하여 에어실린더 공기공급공(900a)에 콤프레서(13)의 압축공기를 공급하는 수통분리장치(9)와,
유체압발생기에서 생산한 유체압을 80~90kg/cm2의 압력이 되게 증압시킬 수 있게 피스톤과 압력스위치를 구비하여 유체공급관속으로 압력을 공급하는 증압기(10)와 증압기의 유체압을 유체공급관속으로 주입하고 수통내의 유체를 진공펌프로 흡인하여 회수통에 이동시키는 작용이 순차적으로 이루어지도록 작동회로가 구성되어 마이컴으로 관리되는 제어장치를 구비하여서 되는 알루미늄합금제 수통의 몸체 성형장치
