Claims (3)
- 제1 금속 기판과 제2 금속 기판 사이에 점결함과 선결함이 포함된 복수의 유전체 막대가 결합되고, 상기 제1 금속 기판의 상기 점결함 위치에 형성한 일정 크기의 전자방출원을 포함하며,상기 제1 금속 기판과 상기 제2 금속 기판 사이에 직류 전압을 인가하고, 상기 선결함에 의하여 형성된 도파로를 통해 외부의 전자기파를 인입하여, 상기 전자방출원으로부터 천이시간 한계를 극복하여 변조된 전자빔을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광결정 공진기.
