Description
Claims (14)
- LED 의 전압, 전류 및 온도 데이터를 검출하는 LED 특성 검출부;상기 LED 특성 검출부에서 검출한 데이터에 따라 LED 제어 신호를 생성하는 제 1 제어부; 및상기 제 1 제어부의 LED 제어 신호에 따라 상기 LED 의 전압, 전류 및 온도를 제어하는 제 2 제어부를 포함하며,상기 제 1 제어부는상기 LED 특성 검출부에서 검출한 전압, 전류 및 온도 데이터와 미리 설정된 표준값을 비교하는 LED 특성 비교부; 및상기 LED 특성 비교부의 LED 검출 데이터와 상기 표준값의 비교에 따라 LED 제어 신호를 생성하는 제 3 제어부를 포함하고,상기 제 2 제어부는상기 제 3 제어부의 전압 제어 신호에 따라 일정한 LED 인가 전압을 생성하는 전압 제어부;상기 제 3 제어부의 전류 제어 신호에 따라 LED 구동 전류를 생성하는 전류 제어부; 및상기 제 3 제어부의 온도 제어 신호에 따라 LED 온도를 제어하는 온도 제어부를 포함하는 LED 구동 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 LED 특성 비교부는 미리 설정된 표준값을 저장하는 LED 특성 테이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 구동 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 LED 특성 검출부는 전압 센서, 전류센서 및 온도 센서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 제어부는 펠티어 소자를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전류 제어부는 구형파의 전류를 상기 LED에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 구동 회로.
- LED 의 전압, 전류 및 온도 데이터를 검출하는 LED 특성 검출부;상기 LED 특성 검출부에서 검출한 데이터에 따라 LED 제어 신호를 생성하는 제 1 제어부; 및상기 제어부의 LED 제어 신호에 따라 상기 LED 의 전압, 전류 및 온도를 제어하는 제 2 제어부를 포함하는 LED 구동 회로를 구비하며,상기 제 1 제어부는상기 LED 특성 검출부에서 검출한 전압, 전류 및 온도 데이터와 미리 설정된 표준값을 비교하는 LED 특성 비교부; 및상기 LED 특성 비교부의 LED 검출 데이터와 상기 표준값의 비교에 따라 LED 제어 신호를 생성하는 제 3 제어부를 포함하고,상기 제 2 제어부는상기 제 3 제어부의 전압 제어 신호에 따라 일정한 LED 인가 전압을 생성하는 전압 제어부;상기 제 3 제어부의 전류 제어 신호에 따라 LED 구동 전류를 생성하는 전류 제어부; 및상기 제 3 제어부의 온도 제어 신호에 따라 LED 온도를 제어하는 온도 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
