Description
Claims (39)
- 도전성 투명 전극과 상기 도전성 투명 전극에 대향하는 대향 전극과 상기 도전성 투명 전극과 상기 대향 전극 사이에 형성된 유기 EL 발광층을 갖는 유기 EL 소자와, 상기 유기 EL 소자를 덮도록 형성된 절연 보호층을 갖는 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,보호층을 형성하는 공정을 가지고,상기 보호층을 형성하는 공정은,마이크로파 여기플라즈마를 이용한 기상 성장에 의해, 막두께 10nm이상 100nm이하의 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정은, 2단 샤워 플레이트를 갖는 플라즈마 처리 장치를 이용하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정은, 30nm 내지 50nm의 두께를 갖는 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 배치된 복수의 게이트선과, 복수의 신호선과, 상기 게이트선과 상기 신호선의 교차부에 설치된 스위칭 소자와, 도전성 투명 전극과, 상기 도전성 투명 전극에 대향하는 대향 전극과, 상기 도전성 투명 전극과 상기 대향 전극 사이에 형성된 유기 EL 발광층을 갖는 유기 EL 소자와, 상기 유기 EL 소자를 덮도록 형성된 보호층을 갖는 표시 장치의 제조방법에 있어서,보호층을 형성하는 공정을 갖고,상기 보호층을 형성하는 공정은,마이크로파 여기 플라즈마를 이용한 기상 성장에 의해, 막두께 10nm 이상 100nm 이하의 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 기재된 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정은, 2단 샤워 플레이트를 갖는 플라즈마 처리 장치를 이용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 기재된 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정은 30nm 내지 50nm의 두께를 가지는 질화 규소막을 형성하는 공정인 것은 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
