Claims (13)
- a. 분획 (A)로서 에틸렌 공중합체, 및b. 분획 (B)로서 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 기본 수지를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물로서,분획 (A)는 분획 (B)보다 분자량이 더 낮으며,여기에서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 기본 수지는 단일-위치 촉매(SSC)가 분획 (A) 및 (B) 중 적어도 하나의 중합에 사용되는 중합 공정으로 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 기본 수지는(ⅰ) 밀도가 940 ㎏/㎥ 이하이고,(ⅱ) MFR2가 190 ℃/2.16 ㎏에서 0.01 내지 10 g/10 min 이며,또한 상기 조성물은(ⅲ) 굴곡 탄성률이 400 내지 820 ㎫임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 조성물이 ISO 179에 따라 측정시, 0 ℃에서 적어도 10 kJ/㎡의 샤르피 충격 강도를 가지는 것인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 조성물이 ISO 13477에 따라 측정시, RCP-S4 테스트에서 +2 ℃ 또는 그 이하의 임계온도를 가지는 것인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 조성물이 80 ℃ 및 5.4 ㎫에서의 ISO 13479에 따른 파이프 노치 테스트에서 적어도 165 시간의 느린 균열 전파 값을 가지는 것인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 조성물이 ISO / TR 9080에 따라 측정시, 적어도 6.3의 MRS 등급을 가지는 것인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 기본수지의 분자량 분포가 5 내지 25인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분획 (A)가 에틸렌과 C4 내지 C20 알파-올레핀 공단량체의 공중합체인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분획 (A)는 밀도가 920 내지 962㎏/㎥인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분획 (A)는 용융흐름속도(190 ℃/2.16 ㎏) MFR2가 10 내지 300 g/10 min인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지의 분획 (A)와 분획 (B)의 중량비가 60 : 40 내지 40 : 60인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- a. 분획 (A)로서 에틸렌 공중합체, 및b. 분획 (B)로서 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 기본 수지를 포함하는, 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법으로,분획 (A)는 분획 (B)보다 분자량이 더 낮으며,여기에서, 분획 (A) 및 (B) 중 적어도 하나의 중합에서 단일-위치 촉매(SSC)가 사용되며, 생산된 상기 기본 수지는,(ⅰ) 밀도가 940 ㎏/㎥ 이하이고,(ⅱ) MFR2가 190 ℃/2.16 ㎏에서 0.01 내지 10 g/10 min 이며,또한 상기 조성물은(ⅲ) 굴곡 탄성률이 400 내지 820 ㎫ 임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 조성물로 제조된 파이프.
