Description
Claims (23)
- 나사산(2), 선단부(4), 후단부(5)을 포함하는 몸체(3)를 구비하고, 상기 나사산(2)의 외경(d) 또는 몸체(3)의 내경(k)은 상기 몸체(3)의 중앙 구간(L4)에서, 선단부(4)을 향해 각각 테이퍼져서, 치수(d2 또는 k2)에서 각각 그보다 작은 치수(d1 또는 k1)로 감소되고, 상기 치수(d1 또는 k1)는 0보다 큰 치수로 이루어지는 뼈 스크류(1)에 있어서,A) 상기 몸체(3)에는 상기 몸체(3)와 동심을 가지고 방사상으로 확장가능한 슬리브(10)가 구비되며,B) 상기 슬리브(10)는 더 작은 외경(d1)을 가지는 상기 몸체(3)의 부분에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산(2)은 균일한 골깊이를 가지고, 중앙 구간(L4)에서 상기 몸체(3)의 중앙부(7) 내경은 상기 선단부(4)을 향하여 치수(k2)에서 그보다 작은 치수(k1)로 각각 감소하며, 상기 치수(k1)는 0보다 큰 치수인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 내부 나사산(13)을 가짐 을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 적어도 하나의 종방향 슬롯(11)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 슬롯(11)은 상기 슬리브(10) 전체 높이에 걸쳐 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 슬롯(11)은 상기 슬리브의 높이의 일부분에만 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 종방향 슬롯(11)이 형성되고, 상부 또는 하부에서 번갈아가면서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 지름 DH를 가지며, 상기 슬리브(10)의 일단에는 외면을 둘러서 형성되고 상기 지름(DH)보다 큰 지름(DF)을 가지는 플랜지(12)가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 비흡수성 플라스틱, 즉 PEEK 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 금속성 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)는 생체 흡수성 플라스틱으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 몸체부(8)는 상기 뼈 스크류(1)의 후단부(5)와 외경이 d2인 몸체(3) 사이에 위치하며, 상기 몸체(3)의 외경( d2)보다 큰 외경(d3)을 가지는 L2구간으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(8)는 L2구간에서 상기 외경(d2)보다 큰 외경(d3)을 가지고 외부나사산(9)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 뼈 스크류(1)는A) 후단부(5)로부터 측정된 길이 L1 구간으로 이루어진 스크류헤드(6);B) 균일한 외경(d2)과 균일한 내경(k2)을 가지며 나사산(2)이 형성되고 길이 L3 구간으로 이루어진 몸체(3)의 부분;C) 상기 몸체(3)의 부분에 인접하여 형성되고, 상기 선단부(4)을 향하여 각도 α로 테이퍼되며, 나사산의 외경(d2)은 외경(d1)으로 감소되는 길이 L4 구간으로 이루어진 몸체(3)의 부분; 그리고D) 길이 L4 구간과 선단부(4) 사이에 위치하며, 균일한 외경(d1)과 균일한 내경(k1)을 가지는 나사산(2)을 포함하고, 길이 L5 구간으로 이루어진 몸체(3)의 부분을 포함하고;E) 각 부분의 길이와 지름은 0보다 큰 수임을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 길이 L4 구간으로 이루어진 몸체(3)에서 내경(k2)이 내경(k1)으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 몸체부(8)는 상기 길이 L1 구간에 인접하여 길이 L2 만큼 연장되어 형성되고, 내경(k3)을 가지는 외부 나사산(9)과 상기 외경(d2)보다 큰 외경 (d3)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 길이 L5 및 L3 구간에 형성된 각각의 나사산의 골깊이 t1 및 t2는 서로 동일함을 특징으로 하는 뼈 스크류(1).
- 지름 DN을 가지고, 종축에 대하여 횡방향으로 연장되며, 지름(DB)이 dB-L5 보다 클 뿐만 아니라 d2 보다 큰 횡방향 보어(22)가 형성되는 골수핀(20)과,제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 하나의 뼈 스크류(1)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)의 지름(DH)은 1.2DB보다 작음을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)의 길이(HL)는 1.5DN이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)의 길이 (HL)는 0.2DN이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 골수핀(20)은 캐뉼러(23)를 가지고 두께 WN을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(10)의 길이(HL)는 상기 골수핀(20)의 두께 (WN )에 대응됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
