Claims (11)
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 R1은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸이고, R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 페닐 또는 나프틸이고, X는 I-, Br-, Cl-, F- 또는 PF6 -이고, n은 0 내지 3의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 R1은 메틸이고, R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소이고, X는 I-이고, n은 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체.
- a) 화학식 2의 피리딘 유도체와 화학식 3의 파이렌 아민을 반응시켜 화학식 4의 피리딘 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 화학식 4의 피리딘 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체와 화학식 5의 알킬할라이드를 반응시켜 하기 화학식 1의 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5][상기 화학식 1 내지 5에서, R1은 (C1-C7)알킬이고; R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, (C1-C7)알킬 또는 (C6-C12)아릴이고; X는 할로겐 또는 PF6 -이고; Y1 및 Y2는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐이고; n은 0 내지 5의 정수이다.]
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 R1은 메틸이고, R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소이고, X는 I-이고, n은 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 a) 및 b)단계는 용매로서 테트라클로로에탄, 클로로포름, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, 아세톤, 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세토니트릴, 및 메틸렌클로라이드로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 분석 또는 생체 시료 분석 시 시료 중 음이온 검출에 사용되는 호스트(host) 물질용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 피리디니움 골격의 파이렌 아마이드 유도체를 포함하는 음이온 검출용 광학 센서.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 센서는 F-, Cl-, CH3COO-, H2PO4 - 및 C6H5COO-로부터 선택되는 음이온 검출용인 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온 검출용 광학 센서.
