Claims (5)
- 회전축과; 원반형상을 가지며 중앙에 상기 회전축이 수용 결합될 수 있도록 중앙에 관통형성되는 축공과, 상기 축공의 둘레에 각 단부는 외경면과 소정 간격을 두고 이격되고 중앙영역은 상기 축공을 향해 볼록하게 관통되되 각 단부가 상기 외경면과의 두께가 최소로 되는 기준지점을 중심으로 서로 다른 곡률을 가지도록 형성되는 복수의 슬릿과, 반경방향을 따라 상기 슬릿 사이에 자로를 형성하도록 상기 슬릿과 교번적으로 배치되는 복수의 스트립부를 각각 구비하도록 형성되는 로터코어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로터코어는 원주방향을 따라 4극을 구비하도록 형성되며, 각 자극에는 외경면측으로부터 반경방향을 따라 상기 축공측으로 차례로 배치되는 제1 내지 제3슬릿이 각각 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 슬릿의 단부는 상기 기준지점을 중심으로 D축에 근접되게 배치되는 원호의 곡률이 Q축에 근접되게 배치된 원호의 곡률에 비해 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 로터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1슬릿의 단부는 상기 기준지점을 중심으로 상기 D축에 근접되게 배치되는 원호를 포함하며, 상기 Q축측은 상기 제1슬릿의 외측연부와 직선형태로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 로터와, 중앙에 상기 로터를 수용할 수 있도록 수용공이 형성되고 상기 로터의 각 자극당 상기 수용공측으로 개방된 6개의 슬롯 및 티스를 각각 구비한 스테이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 릴럭턴스 모터.
